This is a great location. However, operationally I think we’re not training very well when it comes to the mobile pick up. I ordered showed up to the location, stood by the mobile, pick up area for 15 minutes after I was already acknowledged and just stared at my food, sitting on the counter behind the pick up case. Can we please make sure that we placed the mobile orders into the mobile pick up area so customers don’t have to wait, I mean that’s the entire point, to put the mobile orders in the mobile pick up area.

Hunter was very helpful at the checkout. He deserves a shout out. I needed Monster Rehab green tea, and there was none to be found. I settled for a arizons watermelon. This store is clean, organized , and associates are great. I highly recommend this gas station.

This is one of the better Wawa locations. It’s much safer than the one by the casino, it’s newly renovated, and it’s clean. The gas prices are normal, but the service was quite quick. The line at the checkout moves quickly.

Lady this morning / cashier on 10/24 at 8 AM threw a huge fit over a cup of ice. She said I have to pay for it. But their huge yellow signs say “cup of ice / water permitted with your purchase.” I had two items I was buying, I had something I was purchasing, been doing it for over a year. People in front of me do it. But why charge me? She said I can only get it for free if I am purchasing a drink. The sign doesn’t say that. Be more clear. I will be calling corporate over this. She seems new, maybe needs new training or shouldn’t be a cashier.

This is by far the worst Wawa there is. The service is slow and they don’t care how long you are waiting for something that should have been done before I got here. Don’t waste your time comei g here. They do t care about you at all. I waited for 5 min and watched as three different employees are running around behind the counter more interested in there conversation. Anyone that does that doesn’t deserve to feed there kids.

Staff member at register was very rude!!! Her name is Fran and I can’t believe Wawa has such an unprofessional person working with and around customers She told my husband and I that she did not need to deal with customers questions when we asked a question about a the price of an item. Very bad attitude and the way she answered was borderline aggressive. Being a business owner myself that employee would be terminated immediately without any warnings. I will not go back to that specific store and will give horrible reviews so that other customers do not have to go through the same ordeal!!!

It was after a 75k person concert and there were only 3 people working in the building. They were all so kind and worked with such urgency. The team lead Gregory was absolutely so kind and caring and was doing so well to please all the customers. He made my night!!

Whoever the only two workers were behind the Food and Drink bars on 9/13 making the orders late in the night (like 12/1 am) were phenomenal. It was after the MCR concert let out and Wawa was slammed. Just those two working hard and being kind while doing it. The gentleman especially, with him wishing everyone safe travels and he intently listened to every guest that asked him something. They deserve recognition from their management!!
