Pretty good. Fried pickles good. Ribs were great. Chicken a bit overcooked. Brisket awesome. Didn’t get that great smoke smell you expect when walking in to a bbq joint. Great service. Cool atmosphere.

We got here at the right time! Ten minutes after we walked in the place got packed! The waiters checked on us often and the food was outstanding. Would highly recommend the Mac and cheese! Never had one like it before. Would definitely come again.

The service was the best part about this restaurant, and the place was very clean!
However, I wasn’t too pleased with the food. I got the brisket, ribs, fries, and coleslaw. Burnt ends for an appetizer. My brisket was not the best texture, and the flavor just was not there. The ribs were okay, and the fries were average fries. If you are used to Texas Style brisket, I fear you would leave here disappointed. The burnt ends weren’t traditional burnt ends that I’m used to from the south, but they were the best part of my meal.
They also don’t have any kids sized dishes or a kids menu, so you have to pay full price for anything you get for your children. We were able to split the chicken tenders for two kids though!
Definitely recommend the Cole slaw though, I was impressed with it!

Great decor, extremely attentive, fast and efficient staff, good beers, what more can you ask for. On to the food, burger, ribs, chicken, and wings were phenomenal, special shout out to the house seasoned wings. I don’t know when I’ll be back in Idaho but this is a must if you’re in town.

My first time through Victor and this was a good find! The staff was chatty and welcoming, quick to serve and checked in at just the right times. The brisket sandwich was stuffed with thick slices and the spicy BBQ sauce was fabulous.
My husband had the rib and brisket combo. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him debate taking home leftovers, but he was full and praising the meat. – Oh, the onion rings were perfectly done in beer batter and fried just right. We were both really pleased with the stop and wish we had a reason to come through town again soon. Eat here!

This was really good. I had ribs and barbecued chicken. Ribs were juicy. They have outdoor seating. Great service kept the Diet Coke refills coming. Definitely going back. They had some great gluten free options for my coworker. She ordered a green salad and it was huge!

Came in to get dinner with our family. Lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Our server friendly and attentive. My husband got the mahi mahi fish tacos and would love loved to have 3 in his order, but liked his meal. My nephew got his burger and fries and his potion size was good. My daughter loved the wings and said they were bussing. I had the salad which was a well size portion and ordered mahi mahi on top. It was served blacked but very well done. Overall dinner was very good.

The food is Incredible! Moist, Tender, and Delicious! We ate the Brisket sandwich, and Burnt Ends. It was Incredible. The Burnt Ends just Melt in your mouth, with the right amount of seasoning! The Ribs are Moist, Tender, and Oh So Delicious! How do I know? There was one on my Bloody Mary! Alexis is The Best Waitress Ever, she can Read a table! Attentive! Awesome Customer Service! We will be coming back tonight, after touring this afternoon, to pick up Dinner to take home.

After a long hike, the full rack of ribs tasted absolutely heavenly. So flavorful and satisfying. We arrived around 5 PM, and the restaurant was only about half full, but the service was pretty slow. Everything took longer than expected, from placing the order to getting the food and even paying the check. Still, the ribs really hit the spot.

The BBQ experience was a feast for the senses, beautifully decorated with vibrant art pieces available for purchase. However, the true highlight was the food. The ribs were phenomenal—tender, juicy, and falling off the bone without being soggy. While the brisket was excellent, the ribs truly stole the show. The Cuban sandwich was also amazing, and the Caesar salad was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of dressing and cheese.
The most unforgettable dish, however, was the mac and cheese—easily my all-time favorite. The BBQ was so exceptional that I had to ask for a pint to take home.
I only wish it were closer so I could return more often.
