came in yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving, and had an amazing experience. The very nice Hispanic gentleman with glasses I believe his name was Jeff provided exceptional service. He was incredibly polite, respectful, and made sure my order was fresh and perfect. Truly outstanding customer service!

They absolutely cannot handle more than one or two customers at a time in the entire facility. I was trapped in the dang drive-through for 15 minutes because they would not move the person forward i’m not quite sure which teenager they have running this joint but unless you go when there is absolutely nobody there it could take up to 30 minutes for your order

Went through the drive thru yesterday my wife and I ordered each a meal it took 20 minutes to get our order just for it to be cold and nasty the shakes were like milk. And the person running the drive through should not be working around people at all

Aida Whopper and the bread was very dry. And I drink water and the water had a unusual aftertaste and they said it was Kennedy’s city water it is also noted that two other restaurants nearby have the same complaint
