Will most likely never order from Pizza Hut again. I placed an order at 7:15PM, was estimated a 7:56PM delivery time. It’s a Friday night, so I understand they may be a little busy. Food was delivered at 8:06PM. Instructions stated, “Please leave on porch bench”. Food was left in front of the door on the mat, which normally wouldn’t have bothered me. However, what really threw me was seeing the food being moved/scooted over by the delivery drivers foot. Can provide video proof from security camera. I understand the delivery isn’t necessary a reflection of the establishment, but the pizza wasn’t even hot. The cheese pizza seemed overcooked, was thin, and warm temp at best. Breadsticks were hard to bite into. Pepperoni pizza was fine.

We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.

Amazing work! It was so busy on a Sunday afternoon, but their server named Ashley was so kind and patient with us and was doing her best to get to us! She made us feel like a priority despite the chaos, very friendly smile. Our supreme pizza was fresh and delicious!

I understand its christmas eve… placed an order was told it would be 20min.. I got here 20min before 6 and as soon as I pulled in a girl ran away and they shut off all the lights… i just wanted my pick up order.. I called the actual store and kept getting rerouted to their customer service number who told me there was nothing they could do but wanted to transfer me back to the store im sitting right in front of.. merry christmas I guess… I get it but if they wanted to leave early just close earlier dont allow a customer to place an order when you clearly dont want to do it… I worked today too but I did my job

This Pizza Hut has just progressively gotten worse. You order and take care of them with big tips and they still don’t care. Food is gross and ill prepared now. They forget items whether it is a drink or dips. It’s just extremely careless and disrespectful at this point. Time to just add it to the don’t patronize list as they could care less anyways.

I forgot my dentures at my homestead but luckily the fine looking gentleman (Joshua Michael Henderson) chewed up my food and fed it to me like a mother dove. He then escorted me to my car and kissed me on the cheek and waved me farewell. 10/10 Service
