Chili’s is one of those places that never misses. The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — whether it’s the classic burger and fries, chips and salsa, or their mac & cheese on the side, everything hits the spot every time. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for grabbing a meal with friends or family.
The service is consistently great too — friendly staff who make sure you’re taken care of without having to ask twice. I’ve been to a lot of Chili’s locations, but this one really stands out for how clean, quick, and well-run it is.

Chili’s off Park and Preston in Plano:
Had a wonderful meal at the Chili’s in Plano, off of Park and Preston! The ribs were the highlight – incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Our server, Lily, was amazing; she was so attentive and friendly. To top it all off, the chocolate lava cake was delicious! The whole experience, from the comfortable atmosphere to the fantastic food and service, was top-notch. If you’re in the Plano area, definitely check out this Chili’s location for some great ribs and be sure to save room for the chocolate lava cake. Ask for Lily – she’s a fantastic server!

My servers name was Brian, he was very attentive, I didn’t have to look around for him not once. The food was excellent, I ordered Margarita Chicken it was tender and had such a great taste. Brian was such a great server, he had other tables and one was a huge party. He really needs a raise, it’s hard to find good help.

️ **Appetizer:** We kicked things off with some crispy Chips and Salsa! The salsa was fresh and tangy, and the chips were perfectly crunchy!
**Main Course:** I went for the Old Timer Burger with all the fixins – classic and juicy! My wife enjoyed the 6 oz Sirloin Steak , cooked to a perfect medium, with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli . Both dishes were fantastic!
**Service:** Our server, Brian, was phenomenal! Friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He definitely added to the great experience! ⭐

Hands down one of the best bar experiences I’ve had at Chili’s! The bartender Michael was energetic, attentive, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. He was always aware of what was going on, stayed ahead of my needs, and worked incredibly well with his team. Communication was on point, refills were quick, and his positive attitude really stood out. He represents the brand perfectly and truly deserves recognition, someone like this should be moving up fast!

The cookie skillet is my favorite, but it is frequently overcooked, way too dry and crunchy. I tasted the chicken tenders for the first time on our last visit, and they were amazing, no notes. My usual is the Sante Fe burger with black bean vegetarian patty and a side salad which never misses. My last visit, there was no cucumber or onion on the side salad, but the ranch dressing is still on point, consistently. The Texas fries need to have the cheese more of a melted texture on the crispy fries, like the picture in the menu, instead of toasted as a crust, and the cookie skillet is regularly overdone, but we still enjoy our visits.
