We use to eat here quite often before covid19, but now it seems the quality is lacking in the food department. I ordered a ham and cheese po’boy for $12 bucks. What I got was a very small po’boy sandwich, and it was hardly dressed at all. A few pieces of lettuce, very little ham, and a sliver of a tomato as well. I would be ashamed for this to leave my establishment to a customer. The shrimp basket we ordered as well was slightly under cooked/gummy shrimp.

I’ve been looking for some good fried fish.around the area because our usual go-to’s have fallen short of good lately. Montalbanos was great! It was exactly what I was looking for. I got the fish and shrimp basket and my husband got the shrimp basket. The shrimp were a tad well done but still ok, but the fish was perfect. I will definitely go back!

Placed another order via Waitr App. food was well packaged and prepared to perfection. This time I got:
Half & Half Box w/Fried Fish and Butterflied Shrimp side of Coleslaw,
Boudin Balls and Side Toasted Bread.
Side (1 pc.) Whole Fried Fish
The fried fish was even better than last time, the french fries were perfectly seasoned and fried. The Boudin balls bursted with flavor and all the sauces tasted fresh and home made.
