I waited six minutes for my chicken biscuit this morning. When I got to work I opened up my sandwich to find it burned to a crisp. This is totally unacceptable to pay for food looking like this! If I were not far away I would get my money back! In the trash it goes! SMH

The problem with Burger King is the hamburgers are always cold and that is the reason for the 2. We would eat here more, but the onion rings are always mushy and the hamburgers cold. And don’t even get cheese, bc it will NEVER melt

Just left there, went through the drive through. No cars ahead of me, but 3 behind me. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. Finally someone took my order and was told to pull up to the window. Like said, no cars ahead of me and it took another 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a large Diet Coke. If I did my job like these folks, I wouldn’t have a job for very long.

Went through the drive through today 1/11 right after 2:00. Missy was very polite and pleasant in taking our order. She’s doing an awesome job, and we greatly appreciate her positive attitude and smile! The food was great, bacon crispy. Overall awesome service!!

This Burger King gets five stars every time on everything because they have always been polite to me whether I’m door dashing or I’m actually eating there myself. Their food is always been amazing and I’ve never had any problems out of the one on high Cross and Olive branch Mississippi.
