Finding out that they have gluten free options was a game changer. I never get to eat out or have to plan ahead. I have celiac disease and a gluten allergy. They change their gloves before they start so there’s no cross contamination and have different spots for the sauces. I’ve been here almost everyday since. Usually the gluten free options taste terrible but this has been the best tasting pizza I’ve had. I can’t even tell the difference.

We went for Valentine’s Day. I love their selection of crusts including gluten free. The amount of veggies available is so refreshing! I absolutely adore that they also offer vegan/vegetarian options. The ladies were incredibly helpful & sweet. Would eat here again.

I was greeted with a smile. There were a few people in front of me and the staff was very nice and took their time with each customer, including myself. I was also offered water while I waited, which was amazing. Had an amazing experience. Thanks staff for all you do. They were very quick as well

Best pizza in town! I love their concept of picking my own ingredients especially the dairy free cheese. Oh did I forget to mention we can get two deep dish pizzas for $17 which is less than what we pay each at other places in town. Delicious, affordable and fresh pizza! What’s not to love?

I have always liked Pieology but I have been avoiding it lately because of the scarce amount of toppings. I gave it another chance today. My pizza had 8 pepperonis and can barely see any cheese you can tell on the edges that the sauce is smeared and barely any cheese.
Furthermore, when I asked the employee for cheese and pepper she literally gave me (1) pack of Parmesan cheese and (1) pack of red pepper. I asked for more and she gave me (1) more for my whole pizza.
I won’t be going back (not that it matters) until they fix this issue because obviously I’m not the only one leaving this kind of review.
