I go here every so often for breakfast with my toddler. They have yummy breakfast options and delicious cold brew coffee. The staff are always friendly and kind, a rare thing for fast food workers. Thank you for great experiences and making me wanna come back again and again!

I have always been a fan of chick fil a and this location is no exception! I am always so impressed by the staff here! They are so friendly and kind. The owner, Lee, here is so present and hands in and went out of his way to hold the door open for me and my kids, get a booster seat set up for my son when my hands were full, and even got ice cream for our kids as he showed us how to use the mobile ordering to table feature! We don’t do fast food very often but when we do it is almost always chick fil a! And the food is always great too! Thank you!

Went for dinner with my wife. We went to a Chick-fil-A in Calgary which was amazing. Ordered the same thing at the one in Billings and the quality of the food seemed miles apart.
The spicy sandwich didn’t have the same flavour but the chicken was cooked nicely. The mac and cheese had an odd bitter and sour flavour to it. My wife had the same experience with her mac and cheese. That was a large departure from the mac and cheese we had in Calgary.
Not sure why the difference in flavour. The staff were great.

The food quality was very good today and the store was clean. Cody, the cashier who took my order, was nice, but he seemed pretty distracted. He was more focused on what his co-workers were doing and saying than on the customer in front of him. Staying a bit more engaged during the order would really improve the experience.

I was originally glad when Chick-Fil-A came to Billings. But my experiences have ridded me of that feeling. Forget about the “you’re the best part of today”. The staff want nothing to do with you. They are loud and obnoxious and the lobby is filthy. The food is good— most of the time. There’s usually a long wait for your order for absolutely no reason, they don’t have trays and yet still ask you “dine in or carry out”. This establishment is absolutely vile. We have waited an eternity for our order several times, especially in the morning. Workers talk with each other instead of working. They are so slow when there’s little to no customers. Never enter their bathroom. It’s filthy.

Chic fil a is pretty known for their customer service. Definitely scratch this location from those expectations. Dudes taking orders at 4pm on Saturday had the most flippant attitude and barely had any recognition for me. I’ll go to Dave’s hot chicken next time I’m on that side of town.

We went in the afternoon probably around 1 – 130 or so & it was so busy. But it didn’t take long at all to order, get through line, & find a table. But the time we walked to out table theye were being the tray of food to us. Even though it was really, really busy. Food was hot & very good. Price was a bit more than I like to pay, but I don’t go that often so it’s ok for an occasional visit.

He was too concerned with what his fellow associates were doing and saying and he could not remain very connected with me to take my order. He was nice but he needs to stay focused on the customers in front of him and not on his co-workers.

I usually don’t leaves reviews when we have bad service but this was the worst experience of a chik-fil-a. Usually we do drive through and have a good experience. This time we dined in and it was absolutely terrible customer service. They forget 4 items on our order. Staff acted like we were a burden for ordering and then again when we had to ask for the items we did order.
10/10 would not dine in.

Totally decent chick fil a location. Food is hot and fresh and they hustle at the drive thru lanes. My only complaint: they used to say “god bless” when handing my order. Now it is more often “bless you” or “have a blessed day.” The woke DEI era is over. Let’s make chic fil a great again! Be bold and earn that fifth star!
