I have been a big fan of their pizza for years. I prefer the thick crust version, but normal is good too. For me the biggest attraction is their consistency… I know I will enjoy the meal from any store.
Several years ago most of the stores switched from the traditional stone ovens to the conveyor type, and did lose something in the taste, IMHO. But it’s still my go-to dependable place for a great pizza.

Came in with my family this past Monday after placing an order via phone for the BOGO Medium Cheese Deal. Added some pop and dipping sauce in store. The owner was super friendly and the Pizza was baked awesome. He even gave my 3 sons their choice of CHIPS to go for free as we were about to leave. They were so thankful and excites. Now they keep asking to go back to the “nice pizza guy.” A++++ all the way!

Not only are the staff unprofessional, but they’re incompetent as well. They are unable to get orders correct, and the establishment’s cleanliness is nonexistent. I would never order from this location again.

The owner of this place is ridiculous. When we went to redeem a coupon, he screamed and berated us, including multiple racist remarks. I would encourage people to refrain from visiting this location, as the last thing we need is to support individuals with racist views.
If you’re going to be a business and franchise owner, you’re responsible for fulfilling the promotions that the corporation promises. Don’t fault people who are redeeming coupons. I would suggest you fix your customer service, although there is no fix for racist views.

The MSA employees here do a fantastic job with the friendly and efficient customer service. There are generous toppings on the slices, which are always ready to eat in a variety of topping combinations. I personally don’t even like Pizza Pizza and I come here for a slice when I get the chance. Your business professors are doing a great job teaching customer service!
