We ate at Shake Shack twice during our recent trip to Orlando. The burgers were phenomenal — juicy, flavourful, and actually tasted like real meat. The fries were always crispy and perfectly salted, and we loved the décor and atmosphere. The Shack Sauce is incredible, and I’d highly recommend the strawberry boba lemonade. Their milkshake was also perfect — genuinely the best I’ve ever tried.
However, on one evening when we stopped in just for a single milkshake, a staff member (wearing a Hawaiian-style shirt) loudly announced “one milkshake, no tip.” We were shocked — this is a fast-food restaurant, and tipping is optional, not expected. His behaviour was unprofessional and left us embarrassed. Thankfully, the rest of the team were pleasant and polite.
There was also a separate incident one afternoon where a homeless man lingered in the restaurant and approached guests, which made us uncomfortable; staff took about ten minutes to address it.
The food itself is fantastic — but a bit more attention to professionalism and customer comfort would make it a true 10/10 experience.

Service was good. I got the ’Shroom Burger and the Double ShackBurger. Fries were good but the cheddar sauce was unnoticeable. Burgers were juicy and tasty.
I do feel like the quality isn’t quite on par with some other Shake Shacks I’ve been to, but it’s still very decent. The condiment station was fairly clean, and there’s plenty of seating inside.
Overall, a great place to grab a bite and have a decent burger if you’re in the area.

Great job Shake Shack. Kiosk order was simple and efficient. Services were streamlined and on point. Order was hot,fresh and correct.

Great experience at Shake Shack on I-Drive! The burgers were juicy and full of flavor, and the crinkle-cut fries were perfectly crispy. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and fast. Ordered shortly before closing via Uber Eats. Driver was quick and super friendly. Bag was sealed upon arrival and receipt was accurate. I was more than upset when I pulled out my grub to find…NO BURGER! After a delayed flight I just wanted dinner. If you don’t want business until close, change your hours. I’m sure the worker on the grill had already cleaned it for the night and didn’t want to fire it back up. So Buyer Beware, don’t hit this place up at closing… they quit working well before the “last call.”

The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming special shoutout to Zora for making our visit extra special with her warm and attentive service. I tried the Avocado Burger and it was absolutely fantastic fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. But the real star was the Dubai Shake!! It was out of this world!

All great except the cleanliness. Condiment station was dirty and bathrooms needed attention but wasn’t too filthy – just trash from sloppy customers. Food was fresh and had good flavor. Free refills are a great perk. Nice lunch spot. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Burgers were honestly the best we had the fryer oil was 100% dirty. The fries and onions rings and mushroom burger were the color of dirty oil. Change that filth it’s disgusting. Order got mixed up twice but they fixed it after going back and forth.
