I’ve only had 1 bad experience here where i was given last minute food since the restaurant was closing. I’ve been to this Zaxby’s 3 times. The 3rd time was a remake of my order from the 2nd time and management gave me no attitude with remaking my order.

Walked in expecting a typical delicious zaxbys experience and instead I walked in and almost fell MULTIPLE times due to the VERY slippery floors with no caution sign. Half of the appliances in the restrooms don’t work. The soda machine is flat, they have no ice. My meal was incorrect. Overall just terrible experience and I’m extremely disappointed.

I went through drive through. It took 2 people to take my order. The chicken fingers were very salty. The toast was burnt to a crisp. They didn’t put my coleslaw in a separate container—-just spooned in
the black container. My tea had no ice. They did not give me the 3 extra Zax sauces that I ordered. This is the 2nd time that they did not get my order correct. Of course I didn’t notice all of this until I got home. I am highly disappointed. What a waste! If I could give Zero stars, I would!

Skip the dining experience at this location. Ice machine broken, no AC, sticky floors. Only good thing is the background music. Staff was nice and chicken meal came up quick and hot. $0.25 for BBQ or other extra sauces. Really?

Zach was closed for a couple months and was a long anticipated reopening. They have been open for about 2 weeks now and it was finally time to pay them a visit.
I ordered a wings&things with hot honey mustard TRADITIONAL wings. I was given boneless wings and already made it home before realizing. The chicken tenders were good, but those boneless chicken things were absolutely disgusting.
