First the girl at the front walks in front of me like 4 times without say anything, then a lady walks in and she asked her if she ordering, when im in front of the damn register!!
I finally placed my order until I asked her if she was taking my order or not.
I got my food, once I get to my hotel, I realized no condiments, no ketchup, no napkins, no biscuit……… this is just sad, service really sucks. Is not the first time at this location but today they finally pushed me to leave a review.

If your teeth is the shade of a yellow crayon than fast food should not have been a job choice for u! If you decide to lick your fingers inorder to open up a customer bag – a fast food job should not have been an option for you! I usually avoid this location because it’s not giving like it use to as in the friendliness and freshness of the foods. As I walked in the cashier rubs her nose. As im placing my order she touching/wiping her mouth. As my order is ready she licks her fingers to get a bag for my food. I’ll be avoiding this location once again for a good minute.

i’ve gone to this popeyes quite a few times and regardless of what people have to say, i’ve never had any issue with service or food ! i especially love the strawberry pie.. i also work at the dunkin across the street and every morning Mr. Larry works, he will come and sit and keep us company until popeyes opens, he’s always so kind and mindful when he’s there and i always see him outside of popeyes making sure litter is picked up:) very good people!!

I didn’t write a review the first 3 times this happened in the hopes it was just a mistake. Stop serving old mac and cheese. It’s so blatantly obvious that it’s gone bad. Mac and cheese should NOT smell like ammonia. Get your act together. Its noodles and cheese. Its not hard.

We’ve been served unfresh food many times at various restaurants including Popeyes and had to return it for refund or fresh food, so this morning we immediately asked for our sandwiches to be freshly cooked while we wait. Didn’t happen. I walked out while waiting on our food. Another person with us who was also waiting on food said the young female workers were rude and mad after I walked out acting like the food was fresh enough because they had only been open an hour or two and it didn’t make sense for anyone to request that. Needless to say, the chicken on the sandwiches was disgusting and wasn’t fresh at all. They were overcooked, the crust was charred, and they were dry. We wondered if they’d been leftovers from a day or two before and just refried. We’re still having digestive cramps and slight diarrhea. Employees need to be educated on Histamine because it doubles in leftover food every 20 minutes. I wouldn’t have requested that if it wasn’t medically necessary and someone should’ve told us straight up if it wasn’t possible instead of serving that garbage. Those workers would’ve been fighting mad if they’d been served that food, but they think it’s ok to give it to other folks. The chicken is awful when it’s not fresh but the spicy sandwiches are great when they’re fresh. It’s just impossible to get them fresh and is too much of a risk for anyone who already has health issues to eat unfresh food.

I love popeyes, I really love the csjun fries and chicken (of course). This location forgot half my items, the people inside were having a great time, based off of the laughing I heard over the intercom, and general difficulty taking my order. I don’t begrudge anyone a good night, the reason I say it is bc the fun stopped when I pulled up to the window. I’m a white female if that matters, but the way this lady kept looking at me as she said as few words ad possible (forgot half my food) and closed the doors in my face as I thanked her the first (and second time to get the 2nd half of my order) time really came off wrong to me. Other ladies/men gave me some looks, but not as bad. Really only the one girl made me feel discriminated against, and the food mixup was a simple mistake.
I just…. really was made to feel like I didn’t ‘belong’ there. Ordering food.
I can’t say I recommend this location, but maybe it was a fluke.

I’m being told I can only order 5 legs instead of 6 and the process changed on Monday but I placed the same order on Tuesday so how did the process change on Monday and I was able to get 6 legs on Tuesday. This issue only happens when certain workers are there. If that’s a policy why all location are not honoring it. If you’re ordering on the app I’m able to select each piece as I request. If this was a policy why do I have the option to select each piece

Came and requested a 8 piece family meal. They had a special for the same meal with an extra piece of chicken for $20 but still charged me $28.26 ($25) instead of offering the deal while making me park and wait for the fries.

Easily the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to in the southern region of the United States and I travel a lot. Sadly this is my local one and they literally never have something to complete your order- either they have no spicy chicken, no drinks or the people taking your order don’t have a clue what’s going on- tonight they had all of the above issues to where we couldn’t even buy a full meal- not sure what the point of being open is at this point… I highly recommend everyone to avoid this location!

Came today and ordered food. Watched them give all the chicken to people who ordered afterwards then tell us it’s a 15 minute wait. Mind you we had already been waiting. The guy running the cash register reminded the people that we had been waiting a while. She said she didn’t care we could wait. I’m guessing cause we were the only white people in the place. It felt intentional and rude. Especially the way she kept staring at me like she wanted to do something. Baby I promise I’m not the one. Love Popeyes but dang this isn’t even the first time this had happened. Might just start going to church’s cause at this point it’s not really worth the attitude and treatment
