This was the worst experience I’ve had at restaurant in a long time. Eggs were made wrong 3 different times. I ordered over medium. Came out twice over easy then the third time was over hard. They said it’s policy that they have to charge extra to make scrambled eggs instead of making the eggs that were made wrong (they were supposed to be over medium) again. So they messed up my order and I would have been charged extra for scrambled. No that doesn’t make sense at all. My son got all you can eat fish and the seconds on it never came until we were ready to go. Never got any refills on our drinks. The appetizer we got was cooked all weird. Half was cooked perfect while half was over cooked and gross and and didn’t come out before our meal. It came out at least 5 or so minutes after our meal came out and had to ask about it. Asked for the check and never got it so had to go to counter for it. (Yes I know you check out at counter). They were not super busy and we just kept getting walked by and never checked on. Paid for food that wasn’t that good and made wrong and barely any help to make it right. Even after trying to understand and everything still no apology or we can do this to make it right. Just that’s policy. You can call corporate and complain about the policy to them. Customer service needs to be worked on big time.

Ordered food tonight off of the app. This is only the 2nd time we have ordered from this place. The first time we went into the restaurant. We ordered 2 shrimp meals that had 2 sides each. When my husband brought it home it was missing 1 side for each meal. I had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy as one of my sides and received the gravy but no potatoes. My daughter decided she wanted tots and fries for her sides, she received tots only. No sauce for the shrimp with either meal. My husband had a different meal that was cold. We also ordered appetiser, which was probably the best part of the meal. We spent $60 for a terrible meal. We won’t do that again.

Excellent burgers…great service….finally after 9 weeks got onion rings..half were burnt..
They were using the grease to long…people next to us had fried chicken salad very dark smelt burnt..my fries came out hot but holding to much grease and could taste it.
I did not eat the fries..not the standard we expect from this location
Today they were spot on with the burgers and fries.

Nice environs, music and 50’s era diner menu. Chicken tenders ordered for lunch were pretty good. Chicken Fried Steak was mediocre, nearly as much hard crispy batter as there was steak, this was disappointing. Wait service was friendly and fine during this lunch stop though.

Love eating Boomerang but we had the worst meal tonight. I had a burger with everything on it and it was so dry couldn’t hardly swallow it, the onion rings tasted like they were cooked in greese that was two weeks old. Wife couldn’t even eat her burger and same with her onion rings. Got pickle-o’s and they were so fried that you couldn’t tell that there were pickles in them. Worst drive thru experience.

Great little diner. Great burgers half priced on Mondays. They were super busy and servers were still pleasant and on top of things. Did not have to wait long at all. Also have great breakfast and bacon cheese fries

Hey who’s running this place???? So, ordered the chicken fried salad and several other things total well over $50.00. Salad itself was $10.99 and the salad was 1/2 the size of any other establishments salad entrees. The lettuce was shredded and soggy, and the dressing VERY watered down; with the consistency of hot sauce! Horrible. The fried mushroom appetizer was lackluster to say the least w the same watered down ranch dressing. (Which we saw was taken out of the refrigerator already set up in small portion containers. PLEASE reconsider your choice if tempted to order here. (YOU deserve a better meal for the pricing.

$14 for a “salad” a handful of lettuce and a couple pieces of chicken. Thought it would be cheaper to eat out in this economy but I could’ve went to firelake for cheaper and more.
