Hospitality and great food. I had Kevin F. helping me today and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept moving. When he was not serving he was greeting guests and cleaning. This was my first time and he suggested some menu items. A great first time experience at Mendocino Farms. Can’t wait to come back. Had the sandwich combo: Turkey BLT and the proportions were spot on just the right amount of everything!

They clearly defines what’s so called Gourmet Sandwiches, not just everything here is fresh, but the combinations of ingredients in their sandwiches are just amazingly well blended altogether in your mouth.
Love their Chicken and Prosciutto the most, roasted chicken, chopped prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, honey-roasted almonds, basil pesto, balsamic glaze, tomatoes, and red onion, offering a savory, slightly sweet, and crunchy profile that you would never experienced.

The Baseline: For a sandwich place, the sandwiches must have fresh, quality ingredients, it must efficiently make my sandwich, additional sides must be available, and there should be unique offerings.
Food: Mendocino Farms have good, quality sandwiches, salads, and deli sides. I am usually happy with my food from this location with no problems in any order I have ever received. I had the Farm Club today and the “Not So Fried” Chicken sandwich which are respectively good, solid sandwiches. I love their pickled onions on the Farm Club combined with the avacado spread. The deli sides were Spicy Curry Couscous (not really spicy but flavorful), Basil Pesto Shells (family favorite), and the Spicy Dijon Potato Salad (again not really spicy but still flavorful). Overall good food made with great ingredients.
One Request to Mendocino Farms, there used to be a vegan shawarma on your menu… please bring it back because that was actually a vegan item I would order over meat… and I love BBQ, but I loved that wrap. Please bring it back.
Service: Mobile ordered food and the food was ready by the time frame window. Staff were super friendly.
Ambiance: This location is at the Point in El Segundo and it is a fun location. They have several kid friendly games in the patio area and set the mood for a fun time while dining.

As it was our first time visiting the sandwich shop, Keira who is the Manager was especially understanding and took the time to ensure we felt comfortable and informed about the menu options. From the very beginning, she was calm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
I got a Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and my boyfriend got a Chicken Cesar Salad and Kiera suggested this Chicken Parm Dip Sandwich. When I tell you 1000/10. We paired it with these BBQ Chips and Spicy Chips & Lemonade. Mind blowing!!!!!
She listened carefully, answered our questions with clarity, and handled everything with confidence and kindness. Her communication was warm and reassuring, and she maintained such a positive attitude throughout our interaction.

Last Friday I went with daughter to grab a sandwich and Becca was the cashier that night. She was sooooooo amazing!! Sweet and helpful!! Definitely had me and my daughter laughing too!! May I say the sandwiches and salads that were delivered to me were so so very delicious, and so well prepared, it saved my wife having to figure out what to feed me after my hospital stay. They went over and above. Lemonade, cutlery, heavenly food. Now I have fond memories every time I eat there or have it delivered. Today was my very first time trying Mendocino Farms and it was AMAZING!!! I ordered the Chicken Parm Sandwich, and it was delicious. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The manager, Arlene, was incredibly sweet and polite, and the rest of the staff matched that same energy. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind, which made my first visit feel even better.

Kiera W. is seriously amazing, I made sure to get her name. She’s the manager and you can instantly tell she cares about both the customers and her team. I didn’t like the meal that I ordered and she made sure that I was good and got a better meal so I wouldn’t leave upset or hungry. You can tell she runs a tight ship ! She was super friendly even when dealing with my attitude, checked in on me && other guests multiple times, and made sure everyone was taken care of. I noticed how she treated every single person with respect and a great attitude, even when it was busy which made me calm down.The service was fast, the vibe was great, and a lot of that is because of her, I’ll definitely be back.
