I ordered on line 1/5/26 @ 5:50pm and for drive thru and still had to go in and wait in line for my order that still took 15 minutes to get. The staff was not nice and after getting back to my vehicle I noticed my order was messed up I had to go back in after talk to the girl at the counter she told me and I quote ” to be honest we ran out of what you ordered so we just put some scraps on your sandwich!” I was like what? So I asked for something different and after getting my order I left after getting home with me and my wife’s orders we sat down to eat and was not shocked to find the food cold and hard and we only live 5 minutes away. The curly fries was not there where only two curls fries that was in my order and 3 in my wife’s order the rest of the fries was short broken hard pieces. The cheese in the cheese sticks was no good the beef sandwich had very little beef on it and was flat like someone stepped on it. I will never go here and pay to be ripped off again!!!! A waste of $25.

As soon when I got home, I realized the curly fries were missing. I called the store to let them know and asked for a refund — a simple, reasonable request.
Instead of handling a mean manager, the woman on the phone started yelling at me, telling me I had to come back to get the fries. That’s completely unacceptable. I didn’t make the mistake — your staff did — and now I’m being yelled at for wanting what I paid for?
I shouldn’t have to waste my time and gas driving back because someone can’t double-check an order. And I definitely shouldn’t be talked to like I’m the problem.
I want a refund for the missing fries and someone to address this behavior. If this is how you treat your customers, you can count on me not coming back.

Would absolutely rate lower if possible. Sitting in line I get told to leave because the person behind me honked, not their fault really either… Bumper sticker. As a returning customer that has been nothing but patient with this slow customer service. Take it and shove it. Be rude to someone else.

It was about 40 minutes or so prior to closing, they werent busy at all. But still they managed to give me the wrong order even after the person taking the order repeated it back to me. Had stopped there after the fair before jumping on the freeway.

Decided to give the Chain a try at their Hillsdale store. Oue order was taking efficiently, but it took close to 15 minutes to get our food. Staff was very approachable and accommodated.
We went back and ordered a side of fries, which unfortunately was a bit soggy.
They have a two sandwiches for $6 deal is going on right now, as well as two for $5 chicken wraps. Both selections were quite tasty.

Went to try this place out since it’s been a few years since my last horrible experience. I figured why not give it another try? I pulled up made my order and went to go pay but after dealing with the rudeness of the cashier I decided I did not want anything from there. As we were pulling out the cashier begins shouting “What are you scared?!!” Let me just point out that I took that as a threat! And there should NEVER be a time that I should fear for mine and my children’s lives while trying to get dinner at an Arby’s! I really thought you were a higher class than McDonald’s, but that just made me never want to even try and Arby’s again. I can not believe that they allow their employees to behave in such a manner to what would have been paying customers! I would not recommend anyone going especially a family to this establishment. They are rude and threatening towards customers! This was last night around 920 pm 6/24/25.

I got to Arby’s for lunch today right about 2pm, an excellent time I thought because it was very slow business wise. I was the only customer standing at the counter to order. I stood there for 5 full minutes before anyone spoke a word to me. Lauretta wouldn’t know customer service if it fell into her lap. Not a Hi, not how are you…just a look. My fish sandwich was smoking hot and awesome because I waited for it forever. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Got a meal never asked Curly or crinkle fries Firgured id get curly bc thats always been a Arby thing. Crinkle has only been out for the past few years. Got crinkle the one time im really craving curly lmao. Check your bags ppl.
