This was my favorite Pizza Hut location for over 10 years but tonight while waiting for my order between approximately 9:40 PM and 9:50 PM, I observed an employee digging through the trash while wearing gloves. The employee did not remove the gloves or wash their hands afterward. Immediately after handling the trash, the employee went directly to the refrigerator, grabbed my boneless wings, and placed them into the fryer to prepare my food.
This appeared to be a clear cross-contamination issue. The same gloves that were used to handle garbage were used to handle food intended for customers without being changed. This raised serious concerns about sanitation practices and the potential risk of foodborne illness.
I expressed my concerns to the on-duty manager about the employee not changing his gloves after handling trash. The manager responded that the employee did not have to change his gloves because he was not touching the actual food since it was going into the fryer. The manager Blanie was very rude and stated that she did not care.
Because this involved direct contact with trash followed by food preparation without proper glove change or handwashing, I will not be eating here anymore and you should not either.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! If I could give zero stars, I would! I placed my order prior to 6pm. The delivery time promised was 6:27pm. At that time I got a text saying my order has been transferred to doordash! I also got updated on the eta. It added 10 more minutes, then more time added until it said 7:15 for my delivery. At that point I had to call! They answered and I explained what happened and they told me to call doordash. I ordered through pizza hut! He then said he can transfer me to management. During this whole process the eta keeps climbing and the car not moving. I called back and spoke with the “manager” Samuel. He said he’d call doordash and call me back. Magically the app updates the eta showing the car in route. Samuel called back saying he should be there. I asked for a portion refunded to offset this awful experience. He placed me on hold until I accepted the food and said since I accepted the food there’s nothing they can do! He offered a 10$ credit. I asked for a refund in that amount, he flat out refused. The delivery fee and TIP (yes, I tipped in advance) was more than that! My food was cold and had to heat it up and explained that to Samuel but he said thats all he could do. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

This used to be our go to spot but the quality of the pizza has completely nose dived in the past year or so. Used to be fresh, delicious, now we get dry pizza, it’s not even the same food anymore. Such a shame, not sure what’s happening to the hut.

I feel the need to address a serious concern regarding an employee named Blondie. Her behavior toward staff during my recent visit was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
She repeatedly raised her voice at employees and spoke to them in a demeaning manner. As a customer, it was uncomfortable and disappointing to witness this treatment. At one point, she also directed her frustration toward me.
I was not the only customer who appeared uncomfortable, others were also upset by the way she was speaking to her team. The overall atmosphere became tense and unpleasant.
I am a frequent customer and have noticed her negative attitude before, but this visit crossed a line. No employee should be treated in a disrespectful or humiliating way in the workplace.
I strongly encourage management and HR to review this matter.

Absolutely horrible. I put in an order not realizing I got a pizza with bacon on it. I don’t eat pork and called 2 minutes after making the order and wanted to change it and they told me they couldn’t change it cause it’s already in the oven. Absolutely horrible and no commendations to change it. No care for customers at all….. don’t order from here.

This Pizza Hut sucks. The customer service here really sucks the most which sets the tone for the whole experience. Beatrice thinks it’s ok to talk to people any kind of way over the phone because she lack comprehension skills. She’s very rude. I called in an order and mid conversation she pauses to do something else and when I say hello hello that must of triggered her. I repeated my number to her 4 times because she kept typing it in wrong. I repeated my order twice because she is all over the place. Then when it came to my card information she did not hesitate to state my card declined and could speak perfect English then.
Come to find out she inputted the info in wrong. She really sucks and needs to be replaced because this is not my first time having this experience with her. This place is under staffed and clearly it frustrates the employees. Unfortunately, that is a Pizza Hut problem not a paying customers problem.

Server manager EMPERATRIZ was the most rude and unwelcoming, un accommodating Employee I’ve ever met. I mistakenly forgot to add pepperoni to my cheese Pizza, came back in and told her I probably ordered it by mistake. Do you think you can add pepperoni to it. She told me no, she told me it was my mistake. It’s not her problem. I said can I please talk to the manager she said you are talking to the manager. I said OK well can I get a refund then. She said you made a mistake. Why do I have to refund it? At that point I asked for corporate’s number, and she said I don’t care you can call corporate. And then argued with me for 15 minutes, calling me, rude and all other types of adjectives in front of other customers and employees. I am 20 weeks pregnant and all I was craving was just a pepperoni pizza. That’s all they wanted at 9:00 PM, drove out by myself to come pick it up and was nearly cursed the hell by this employee. I left shaking and sad, and cried on my way home.

I don’t recommend this location. I may have to go as far as to say I can’t recommend Pizza Hut anymore, they just aren’t the same. If you order for delivery here expect it to take a little longer than expected and possibly receive under cooked dough. If you order takeout and pick up your own order, expect a gamble between subpar and egregious customer service, especially if Lupina is servicing you. That may not be her real name… Every time she worked I received terrible customer service from her and the way she talks to customers is rude and unprofessional. Expect to have your patience abused and have to wait in the current line, after walk-in orders, and phone calls before being addressed for your pickup. If you say anything about any disservice to her expect it to be countered. What has happened to the customer service at Pizza Hut? This is horrible.

This location is horrible and needs to be closed or have all new employees from management to crew members. From 9:49pm to 12:05am EST to still not have any answers nor my money returned!
The only reason I gave one start was to leave a review. And I’ll leave a review everyday until I hear back from the company.
My was NEVER delivered and when I went to the store directly even though this was a delivery order the customer service was horrible. They told me my order was cancelled at to the store and over the phone. When I called the call center back I was told the manager will cancel the order and I’ll receive a call to confirm the cancellation, I was transferred and the call hung up after 6 or 7 minutes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND .. with the store as well as the call center. Now I’m not even sure if my order is cancelled or if I’ll get my money back or when .. this is horrible business for well known corporation.
