This is, quite literally, the amount of chips I got. That picture is of the bag right after I opened it. To be clear, we ordered three full meals for three adult humans, and each of us got a bag that weighed next to nothing. Basically they halved the amount of chips that normally comes with one meal and divided it out. Maybe they were running low, or maybe they’ve been told to cut costs, or maybe the staff was higher than usual. Either way, this is BS.

We’re regulars, going to Moes on Northshore nearly every Monday for about two years now. Always get the Moe’s Monday deal and always get the vegan burrito which is enough for 2 to share so meal ends up a high value especially when you add the free salsa varieties . Mondays! Has become my fav day ti eat my fav meal. great crew ans someone’s always greets with a ‘welcome to Moe’s’ when you enter.

We love us some Moe’s. Haven’t been in a while. The one in our Town closed, so we drove to Knoxville. We didn’t get the traditional “welcome to MOE’S”. I know it’s silly, but it’s a tradition we like. Also, the place was pretty messy and dirty. Stains on the floor and walls. All three trash cans were full. The food was good. Just wish that I would have had all of the steak. They were cooking it, so it was fresh, but he dropped half of it on the floor using the spatula to transfer it from the grill to my burrito (BTW, they just left it on the floor. We ate in and never say them clean it up off the floor). The employees were friendly and nice.

What, I love the most about this location was the food was hot and fresh.
The entire dining room and fountain drink section was completely spotless.
And most of all the entire staff ,that was fixing my burritos went above and beyond customer service.

I never got to actually order because I walked in at 8:30 and the young lady behind the counter that was sweeping gave me the death stare and rather than bless her out I decided to leave. I could understand if I walked in five minutes before they close. If you wanna close early, I would just lock the door so no one can come in. I will not be back.

First time eating here. It is located at 9450 South Northshore Dr. in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is like Chipotle and Salsaritas as far as style of food goes. However the food is much better. The restaurant is clean and spacious and the staff is friendly. I have had the pleasure of visiting the other location on Cumberland Avenue by University of Tennessee and although this place is spacious as well and friendly staff from the outside it looks dirty. So I opted to try the 9450 location. Which is very clean fresh food it doesn’t look like it sat out all day like some places. Queso is extra but dinner for two please will cost $28.80 for two meals. I give this location 4.5 Sears Towers.

Great lunch spot. Friendly service, fresh hot food and very tasty. Gluten Friendlyoptions and my experience was grade A+. (Changed gloves without asking, knew to pull fresh ingredients so no cross contamination.) Music level was nice and the genre was easy on the ears. It is across from the Starbucks and the parking lot is a little tricky but worth negotiating. It is counter service but it moves quickly. They do catering and fundraising too! Chips and salsa are free with any entree.

Although I do wish they had explained to me why they kept asking me if I was sure I wanted my sour cream on top of my quesdilla…
I found out when I got home. It was stuck to my foil.. Ugghh I was not thinking I was assuming it would go into a container and not be wrapped and contact with the sour cream.. If someone had just said something then I’d realized and said oh no no just put it on the inside.
But not one employee said anything. Just gave each other looks instead of saying we’re asking bec if you put sour cream on top, it’ll get all over the foil.. I didn’t realize, i thought it’d be in a container because that is how I got it last time. Sooo for that I’m giving 4 stars to service but otherwise. Moe’s will fill you up the steak the chicken is real and not rubbery and it’s just a taste explosion in your mouth. So delicious! ❤️
