Only good thing about this place was the brisket bagel. The coffee tastes like McDonald’s coffee and they advertise it being made with real caramel but obviously is just the same stuff mcdonalds use. The nio lava or whatever it’s called is disgusting, loaded with weird fish. This place sucks and their larges are the size of a small. Don’t go here. Save your money.

My mother and I came here for lunch at 1:30 (they close at 2.) And the employees looked so annoyed that we were there but were so welcoming to everyone else who came after us. We got the country gravy sandwich and the maple house and they came out looking the same. We sat at our table and they were somewhat clean but the floor by the drink machine was very filthy with liquid spills on the ground with no wet floor signs. My mother’s sandwich didn’t get the maple syrup she wanted (and that comes ON it) and the sandwich I got was fine. Would come here again but hopefully with the employees in a better mood and more friendly.

For a quick and satisfying breakfast, the toasted jalapeño pepper with a generous schmear of cream cheese is my highly recommended personal favorite. While the service is undeniably efficient, a potential area for improvement could be the addition of a more consistently friendly and welcoming demeanor from the staff, as a smile can significantly enhance the overall customer experience. I can’t rate the atmosphere as I’m usually going through the drive-thru.

My order is very simple, I always get an untoasted, uncut, cinnamon sugar bagel and I eat it like a donut. This location was perfect for that! The bagel had an exceptional amount of sugar & cinnamon and the bagel was very fluffy. My sister got Carmel cream cold brew which she said was very good.

Three times now they’ve given me the wrong order, today was a completely different order, and several times in the past they gave me partial wrong orders. I had to file a charge back with my bank because I wasn’t able to come in for a refund. Double check your orders if you go through the drive through! When I give my order, it’s not complicated and I speak clearly and slowly, and they still repeat back something inaccurate almost every time. If there was anywhere in town to get bagels I likely wouldn’t go here anymore.

Once again the drive-thru strikes again. Seems they can’t put someone on the drive-thru that actually enjoys talking to people or taking orders and communicating. I don’t know why they seem to continue to hire people who don’t want to work here. Find people who are polite and actually know how to communicate with a smile would do your business wonders. You’re in a small community. Why don’t your employees act like it? Years of this crap! Over it.

We went thru the drive-thru to utilize some rewards for a single specific bagel yesterday; however, they were out of the ones we wanted so we asked for a refund from our mobile order. Tonia told us to mention her name the next time we came in and she would honor the rewards since they were gone from the mobile app. Today, we showed up and asked for Tonia and she not only honored the rewards, she went above and beyond to make things right for us! We really appreciate her professionalism and thoughtfulness! We highly recommend this location and big thanks to Tonia for excellent customer service! Her staff was also friendly as well!
