Whoever was working at the drive-through window this evening and around 9 PM did an awful job of customer service. When I got to the menu in the drive-through, I was asked to wait a minute to give them my drive-through code from my mobile app. I was sitting there for about five minutes and the person behind me backed up and went to the other menu and was able to get their order taken right away. I asked to put my drive-through order in because they never responded to me and I gave them my code and they just said second window and we’re very rude about it. I got to the second window and waited for about another five minutes or so, and the person, same one I believe that took my order, give me my food and didn’t say a word to me. This was a very bad interaction with this McDonald’s and I would not recommend using the drive-through services, especially at night. I took a photo of the drive-through because I was sitting there so long and the person that in the photo is the same person that handed me my food.

I had a mobile order and I pulled up to the first window to get my receipt. The lady working at the first drive thru window STARED at me for like a good 2 minutes with the receipt in her hand and her window of drive-thru closed as I had my car window down freezing. Then she finally opened her window and handed me the receipt and didn’t say anything… and acted pissed I wanted my receipt?
It was the weirdest interaction EVER.

Highly disappointed. I don’t know why but every time I’ve ordered here and I ask for certain ingredients to be removed they still end up on my sandwich/burger. It’s frustrating to buy product only to have to throw it away because I’m unable due to an allergy.
On a side note the employee that took my order in the drive thru was immaculate. And I highly appreciate them.

This was the craziest experience ever!! I gave them this code and then they like tried to put the fries in my sprite or something so I knew I had to act fast or it would be to late… We pulled up to the window and then a worker bullied us trying to scam us by paying 9 dollars for a 4 dollar burger!! He asked again if I wanted fries in my sprite and I was like no man. Overall I loved all the twists and turns but at the end of it all I have no burger and just fries.

I think this place is okay. Food way normal not the best but what do you exspect? It’s not some 5 star fancy restaurant… They didn’t giv eme any sauces but that’s fine I didnt need ketchup that badly. For the first time they said the icecream maker didnt work and I thought that was just a joke aroumd the internet but then it happend with me u just when aorund the corner and got icecream but all in all decent, Fry’s where not soggy this time either.

If you go the between 3 – 5 .when i went at that time a lady said i would not go in there .That time i was taking out almost got knocked down by kid chasing each other . That was about 2 weeks ago .Asked the worker why that do not something . She said they wouldnt listen to them . It get getting worse. The manger jason use to get it under control.but have not seen him. We went to eat yesterday with handicap daughter about 3 was looking for table numbers they have to hide because the kid okay . Before we know it 75% of the store was over taken by kid only about 25% where odering anything . One poor old man eating alone could not get of out there fast enough. A girl walking on tables . You need to do something about this .

McDonald’s, you’ve shattered our hearts by removing the Redbox. That little movie-dispensing machine was everything to me and my disabled brother, Tommy. Every Friday, I’d wheel him to our local McDonald’s, and his eyes would sparkle picking out a DVD. Cerebral palsy makes life tough, but that Redbox was his joy, our ritual. He’d hum, choosing a superhero flick, smiling wider than the golden arches. Now it’s gone, and Tommy’s face fell when I told him. Please, bring back our Redbox. It wasn’t just movies; it was our escape, our bond, our happiness. We miss it dearly.

My 7 year old son wants to review this McDonald’s. He says he loves the fries and they make a fantastic cheeseburger. The only thing he would like is a playground because he loves himself a McDonald’s play place! Our kittens also approve the smell of McDonald’s in our house.
