Don’t expect exceptional experiences at a fast food chain, but after being very disappointed with the Route 7 location around the corner, where we left without even ordering (someone kept interrupting the employee, and us, over the take out intercom, and they were out of numerous items), we were pleasantly surprised with this alternative location. Wonderful staff at the window, quick service, accurate to our order, everything was in stock, service with a smile. Piping hot as well despite arriving near closing at midnight. Great experience as a redemption from the debacle down the street.

We got at the store before 9pm. They close at 10pm. One of the boys in the pictures, not the one with the hat, the other one, was on the phone before and after taking our order. His attitude toward us was very poor. The tables, all of them, were dirty. All tables without exception had something we assumed was soap on them. It looked like saliva, as if someone had spit on them. The seats and the floor were also nasty. We had to clean our own table ourselves. We left before 9:30pm, we stayed for about half an hour, and during our stay, no one cleaned the tables, and these two young boys were seating and on their phones. They locked the doors with us still inside, and again, we left at 9:22pm. This happened on Friday, April 28th.

I stopped on my way to church and asked if they could leave some breakfast items for me to pick up after church. They unfortunately sold everything related to the breakfast menu. I was a little disappointed but the manager offered to make my order if I was willing to wait . THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE .

As of December 2, 2024, this Burger King location’s dining room remains closed in the evenings. Despite the pandemic ending, the evening dining room hours are still unavailable. The lobby is consistently closed after work hours, making it inconvenient for those who aren’t driving.
Even on holidays like Labor Day, the location was closed earlier than advertised. While the drive-thru seems to be operational, it’s less accessible for pedestrians and cyclists.
It’s disappointing to see this Burger King miss the mark on evening service, especially considering the popularity of the nearby Dairy Queen.

I just left ordered 6 rodeo cheeseburgers from drive thru and had to wait 5 mins for order to come. When I got home not 1 but all 6 didn’t have cheese on them. I try and call and the number listed says not in service. This place is always so slow and I have to wait every time I come here.

Order chicken nuggets 8 pieces and she asked what else i order a combo. Got to the window no hi or my total. Thinking getting nuggets. Only what my drink. She gave me a dirty look ok i gave u ur food now move. She didnt charge me for it so she rang me up n gave me less change back n was charged for 10 pieces. I know she heard me ordering it b4 cuz she asked what else. The young lady brought my food to me was very nice. Eating my chicken blt n no bacon. Didnt feel like driving back for bacon. Heard manager telling staff yes need one with no mayo.

This is the only burgerking that advertises to be open into midnight. I went to the drive thru to order some food n after calling n asking to order no one responded, I drove around saw a employ by the register I knock on the door and they employ looked at me and went back to her phone.. remind you all of this happen at 10pm. To be honest, just close the burgeking because the horrible service they are providing is destroying the reputation the other good burgerkings have.

Shawn, Niyah, & Jackie- I am unsure of the spelling of their names because I went there on May 31, 2025. They were so kind and possessed extremely great customer service so I told them I would leave a review. They did not ask me to do a review. I ordered a large coffee and asked Shawn if he could just make it good for me as I wanted some vanilla and I just wanted something good and different as far as coffee goes. He hooked me up with such a delicious coffee. Top-notch customer service from Shawn, Niyah, and Jackie!! They have amazing personalities and people skills!! Coffee was delicioso!!
