Lunch time and no white meat 1/2 wait. The other chicken has been sitting for a while. Tenders are ok, but too salty. Apple pie tasted old; I had no idea how long it had been sitting. Mac and cheese had been sitting for a while, encrusting on the surface. The biscuit was good. Lunch (12:20) time expect fresh food. Ruined my lunch and my craving for chicken.

(1st word that comes to mind is that this location is a dump. Not clean and not fresh).

Tenders were cooked great. Place needs a major face-lift, including the Loves Truck Stop. Josh took my order and was quick to get me taken care of and then went right back to sweeping.
If I had recommendation I would tell the woman manger to not do a meeting out on the floor were people are wanting food. People don’t need to hear who has what holidays off and who isn’t doing there job. Take that stuff to the back.

The chicken is amazing, specifically the giant tenders. Love it. I do wish they’d put a damn vegetable on the menu though. Chicken and starch alone ain’t getting it.

Worthless place to stop. Tried to order gizzards, and then livers, but were told that “they are frozen” (it was 3pm)
Here’s a novel thought: get off your lazy behind, and thaw out the products that you need to cook, instead of having a “hot” line that is basically out of everything.
No idea why this place still exists
Update: I accidentally stopped here again. Unbelievably, it’s actually worse than the last time

I enjoy stopping in here to eat. I make a special trip occasionally too. I am bothered by the fact that they don’t often have what I’m wanting from the menu prepared, especially when it’s just minutes from lunchtime or dinner. The attitude of the staff can be a little off putting sometimes – but not everyone is outright rude.

Well I stopped again. Didn’t recognize the place until I went while refueling my RV. This time it was Lacey and another blonde lady who both clearly did NOT want to be there. There selection has improved because they actual had 9 pieces of scrawny chicken!!! The guy before me had the the same order (six pieces) and got a bulging box of chicken. My same order didn’t even fill the box. So I asked for “ONE” extra leg to make up the difference. Lacey with the attitude said she could NOT do anything to satisfy the discrepancy. So i put then I started to have her put everything back….but didn’t want to do that to her. This is clearly a management and training problem that still exists. To top it all off….at the end of this exchange….the blonde lady says “I’ll put on some more chicken now Really Didn’t realize they were low on chicken until there were “THREE” pieces left!!! Again training and management are at fault. Sad Sad Sad!!!

Previous visit. 1:30…so I needed a late lunch. Only 4-5 pieces of chicken to choose from. Andy was some what rude with an unconcerned “Take it or leave it” attifude. I asked when they would have fresh chicken He stated it would be another “20 minutes”. So I went out and filled my rig (Loves Travel Stop)….maybe 5-10 minutes. When I came back in the wait time had grown to at least 25 minutes with all sorts of excuses. AND it was very over pirced. Just skip it.

Friendly clerk and helpful. Chicken was hot and fresh and delicious. Potato wedges were also hot and delicious and large. Fast service and restaurant was clean and employees wearing masks and no dining was being done.
Prices were reasonable and you get plenty to eat in combo meals.

My route took me by here all week. So I stopped in and everyday no sandwiches to be found. So I asked the “manager” he said we sell those alot ….I can make some but it will be twenty minutes?!?. It’s not rocket science if you know you sell them make more? Are you kidding me?. Pure laziness and stupidity. That would make a great location for a decent Chicken place.

Very disappointed. Ordered chicken tenders way over cooked, meat was dry or they left it under the heat far past its time and was sold. Cashier/worker did not listen to what we asked for. Had to throw away our food, it was that bad. Waste of money and time.
