Been visiting this little strip mall restaurant for about 8 years. Don’t let appearances fool you, they come with strong flavors and large portions. Service was quick and meals were served fast. It was an hour before closing so pretty empty , but the food was tasty and served hot!! They’re known for their Caldo de Res, but anything you order will be excellent guaranteed.

The place is a bit run down but the guest area seemed clean. Picked up soup to go- Caldo de Pollo and it was very good. Salsa is good but a small bag of chips and less than 8 oz of salsa was 5$.

I arrived closer to 9pm and everyone was so warm and welcoming! It was a late night birthday dinner and I was really craving a marg. The prices were excellent. The food, even better. I’m not a fan of charro beans but theirs were killer!! I ordered the steak & chicken fajitas. Will definitely return! What a great lowkey dinner for celebrating another year. Oh and I saw a sign for karaoke. I think it may have read Sunday. Either way, I’m a fan. Thanks y’all!

This is a very clean establishment. Service was very nice. Funky looking decor. Food was great!! Loved my Al carbon and egg tacos. The wife had eggs with cactus!? She thought it was too soft? I ate it all! I liked it! The horchata was okay. Parking is plenty. Come early on the weekends, man it got Packed! At 11 am. All this time, I’ve only been going to Brenda’s, this place is closer. I’ll definitely be coming again. They had a juke box on the side.

Very small, casual place with excellent food. I had the ranch sauce style shrimp, while my friend had the tortas barbacoa, and we split some guacamole.
The portions were huge and the food simple. All of the flavors were excellent. My only complaint is that the shrimp was a bit overcooked. I’m giving it give stars regardless, simply because the value for the money was really impressive. Definitely worth a stop!

This place is one of my favorites. The food is absolutely amazing every single time ! You can tell it’s made fresh and with love. The staff are always polite and always greet my family when we eat there. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others, also, they have great karaoke!

A Personal Recommendation for Mexican Cuisine! If you’re looking for a cozy atmosphere and delicious food, Los Agaves is definitely worth checking out. I always go for the Tacos Rancheros, but the Grilled Beef Fajita plate is also a great choice. The meat is always perfectly seasoned, and the Pico de Gallo is incredibly fresh. Additionally, if you’re not a fan of refried beans, you can easily substitute them for rancho beans. Trust me, everything is delicious, and I highly recommend a visit.
