Nice and clean, conveniently right on PCH, next to Mcdonald’s!
They have a drive thru, but I had just gotten off work so I parked in their lot and went inside, serviced right away, it was around 2pm, very sunny and not very busy inside, most ppl prefer drive thru these days.
The staff was nice, let me look at the menu, love tat they have a nice and clean look, lovely flower beds outside, hugging the building, too bad I didn’t take video of that, it looked pretty.
The food was delicious, I bought a meal w onion rings and a vanilla shake, half my burger was gone before I left the parking lot, the shake toon about ten minute to thaw out enough to drink, perfect on a day when u r too hungry after work, and just wanna indulge in fast food.

Decided to stop by to redeem TMo Tuesday ultimate double cheeseburger.
The location is convenient. It has plenty of free parking.
I needed to use the restroom before eating. It was very smelly and dirty. The sink is tagged, the hand dryer is broken…but at least there’s running water and soap.
I placed my order online and waited inside the store and sat waiting for it. There are plenty of seats but the dining area needs cleaning and to be refurbished.
One of the staff members asked if I was waiting for an order. I informed her that I placed an online order and gave her my name. She quickly brought it out.
The burger was soft and juicy but doesn’t look quite like the picture lol
I can’t believe that burger costs $7.99!!!
If it wasn’t free, I wouldn’t have ordered it. Spend a couple more dollars and get a much better meal elsewhere, IMO.

This place always has something wrong when i come. I came in for a munchie meal and when i got home they gave me a sandwich with a cold patty like if it has been sitting there for hours. The lettuce was soggy and overall jot good. There curly fries on the munchie meals are always cold and in little pieces like if they use the old from after a new batch is put out. And there tacos are always cold like if they make them and keep them under the warmer for hours. There food is never fresh. I have never gotten a sandwich that was hot. Tacos that were hot or even good curly fries. This place needs help

Jack in the box is located right off of PCH & Western Ave. The parking is plentiful as well as one handicapped space there too.
The inside has two (2) unisex restrooms. The inside has eight (8) tables. The food preparation was really good, actually looked almost close to their photos on the wall, great job!

Ordered a bacon ultimate combo, no bacon on the burger. Called store, number didn’t work. Contacted corporate, said they world contact store who would get back to me. Never has. That was over week ago. This was the third issue in less than a month. Don’t go here.

Love this location. Food is always on point and fresh, and employees are kind and willing to go above and beyond to help out a customer. Also, they are extremely fast even when the drive-thru line is long it stays moving at a really good pace.

Cashier charges you and handles the money then packes your food and packes your fries with the same gloves.
