Absolutely killer smash burgers. You can tell right away they know what they’re doing — perfectly smashed, crispy edges, juicy inside, great seasoning, and fresh toppings. Everything tasted made-to-order and the portions were solid. This truck easily stands out from the usual food-truck burger scene.
The only tiny hiccup (and honestly this one’s on me) was the steak smash. It came on a small hoagie bun — actually two buns — which I didn’t catch when ordering. It ended up being more like a Philly cheesesteak sandwich than a smash-style burger, so it threw me off a bit expectation-wise. Still tasted good, just didn’t quite match what I had in mind.
Overall though, excellent food, great execution, and I’d 100% come back for the smash burgers again. Definitely worth stopping for if you see this truck.

Arguably the best Burger in Brandon right here. They call them sliders but they’re pretty big for a slider. I’ve tried 4 different sliders and have liked each one more than the one before.
Worth going out of your way for in my opinion. They also have a website that you can order on so it’s ready when you arrive.

We would have not known about this place but someone posted about it on a local FB page. They have an impressive amount of burgers on the menu for a food truck. Our sliders were delicious. The patties weren’t exactly “smash” thin patties like you would imagine for a smash burger but it’s the toppings that make these sliders. I had the western smash and I could barely finish my second burger. Fries were remarkable and definitely not an afterthought—seasoned and crispy. We’ll definitely go back.

Got the sweet onion meal with chipotle fries (sooo good). Wife got the slider divider with OG and Spicy smash with garlic parm fries. Kids got the nibblers which are homemade and there were 4 of em (shout out to owner!) and delicious! Very happy with the portion sizes as we were expecting Krystal sizes but this was much bigger.

My girlfriend and I go here multiple times a week and it never disappoints. Burgers are always bursting with flavor and the chicken is supremely succulent (and I’m not a guy who just throws around the word “succulent” ). Definitely a must visit. Highly recommend!!!

An absolute hidden gem of mini-burger deliciousness in the Valrico area! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. So many great menu choices—everything obviously made with love. As someone from NY, I highly recommend the “Fast Foodie” for a taste of White Castle (without the belly-bomb aftermath). Onion rings are fantastic. Homemade—crispy and delicious! Once locals discover this spot—it’s guaranteed to blow up!

Love love LOVE this place. They are so friendly and sweet. I mostly always get the chicken and it’s so juicy . My bf loves all the burgers . We sit here and crave their food and will wait in the parking lot till they are open. Best place to go if you’re hungry and want your taste buds to happy dance .

I actually had this delivered and it was still fire. Fries are soo crispy. I had the steak and cheese and it was absolutely divine. Lovely ratio of cheese to meat and veggies. But the garlic aoli fries were also amazing. That sauce!!! It’s just as amazing on the burger and the caramelized onions were perfection. I also tried the hot honey chicken and boyyyyy. Gas. Flames. Tears of joy.
This food truck is next level. Not to be that person but I’ve finally had a better chicken sandwich than chic fil a. I said it! And I meant it!!!
