We ordered food from here on 5/24. There was one lady working and she appeared to be by herself. She was very nice and quick at her job and made us feel welcomed. She does a great job especially since nobody else seemed to be working. I made sure to give her a cash tip in the tip jar. The food was amazing and everything was made correctly! Thank you. 🙂

Ordered online to go, bread was dry, dressings on the sandwich were messily put on and the sandwich was not cut. When I ask for my receipt the worker could not find it and then kind of ignored me. He looked through the trash with his plastic gloves on and did not change them when he started working

The worker working was shockingly flustered when they weren’t even busy, he did many things that you should never do in front of a customer in customer service. His tone was aggressive and unwelcoming, it was obvious he was upset that customers wanted to buy subs. He got upset towards me because I wanted to make my sub a meal and told me information he definitely did not need to share about how poor the computer they use to ring things up are. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this Subway.

The staff is nice, just understaffed. They hired one person to manage the counter and many people wanted service. The one person working was too busy chatting with the previous customer to even acknowledge us waiting there. We left and went to Jimmy Johns. Love subway but they need to hire more people or something because that’s sad.

I had eaten lunch there a few times a week for the past 3 years along with other co workers. Went in one day and one of their employees was trash talking another. The next day A different employee starts yelling at us about calling the corporate office on her and how we got her screwed out of a mangers position. I was in work cloths so it mad for an incredibly uncomfortable. So this time, I do get ahold of the store owner and tell him what happened. He essentially calls me a liar and said all his employees get along well.( So to Re-cap. One of his employees calls their cooperate office as me and says they are from my company, my name is also on my shirt). I have the copy of all the mails and will be sending them to the store owners higher ups. I guess my 3 years of eating there didn’t mean anything to them. He also owns the Meijer store in case this irritates anyone else. Former customer

Running some errands this morning at Wal-Mart I figured I would pick up a sub for my lunch for my 3rd shift job I work. The sub shop was suppose to open at 9am but I waited till 9:15 to until the man was even ready to take my order. When I told him I wanted a 12in sub he said all he had was 6in wheat bread. So that told me it was bread from yesterday. I will never waste my time there again.
