Very poor service i ordered two crazy crust stuffed crust pizzas did not get the crazy crust I called to the manager was very rude needless to say you just lost my business we will go elsewhere to get our pizza for pizza night. I had to feed my kids and they was hungry and I worked all day I was not driving back to the restaurant if these people did their job correctly I wouldn’t have this problem. However it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last time they mess up someone’s order I’m done I paid my hard earned money to get the food it should be made correctly….

There is only one person working all orders (walk-in, drive through and online). If you have something to do leave and go do it, otherwise you’ll have to wait. That aside the workers are polite and helpful. There is no seats for dinning.

You place a order get here to pick it up and get nobody to help you for at least 20 minutes then you still have to wait even longer for the pizza to get cooked that you ordered 15 minutes before you left the house. Took a hour of waiting to get the pizza. Go to some other place is the best thing you can do. The food isn’t worth the wait and the service sucks

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any. My fiancé and I walked up at 8:15pm and a lady gets out of her car I’m assuming it’s a manager or key holder because they walked in front of us no apology no nothing and said We closed! And locked the door and went back into their car. How can you say you are closed when the lights are on in the store and the open sign is lit up. And how can you say you are closed when online it says the store is open until 10 p.m. I would’ve been more understanding if she had said they were short staffed or if there was a sign on the door about being short staffed, and we are closing early. Unfortunately, she did not, and was very rude to us. To make matters worse, I called corporate. And they sent me to customer service line. And I had been on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered me. I’m not one to complain to corporate, but she was very rude and all we were trying to do was get some pizza for the night.

Today on March 31, 2025 I visited this establishment in Walterboro. I told the cashier I wanted a large pizza with half pepperoni and half mushrooms and when I opened the box of pizza when I got home, it was all mushrooms instead of what I had originally ordered. Not only that, I had to wait at least 30 minutes plus for two pizzas. Also, I noticed all the female employees was not wearing a hair net or hat for hair covering..
The only person I saw wearing a hat was the employee (white guy) that was working in the back of the restaurant. There was trash on the side of the counter on the floor and the manager stepped in and had to assist two of her employees while helping the customers. Was not satisfied with my order and long wait for two pizzas was unacceptable but they were busy though..

Thin crust is advertisted constantly. It was also brightly lit on the signs of this Little Caesars. We ordered thin crust. They had no thin crust available. We ordered pepsi. All they had was diet pepsi. Same with Mt.Dew. Only diet available. We ordered one stuffed crust pizza and one stuffed crust sausage. We actually heard the worker shout to the back, “You put sausage AND pepperoni on one? I told you one sausage and one pepperoni!” From the back came mumbling. Then the first worker yelled, “Just take the pepperoni off the sausage pizza!” We ordered pepperoni pizza. Once back on the road we opened the box. We got a cheese pizza in a pepperoni labeled box. We have been traveling all day. We were tired and hungry. After our experience with this Little Caesars, you can add weary and discouraged. You tell me, would you ever want to eat at a Little Ceasers again?

The people are great and the pizza is always fresh. Some times they are behind on orders but it’s not their fault, it’s because they have so many orders at once!! I just wish some people could and would understand that they can only make so many pizzas at a time and not give the employees so much attitude. They are doing their very best and then some. I enjoy talking with them while I wait.
