The ice cream at What’s the Scoop is some of the best we’ve ever had. This local fav is not to be missed. So many flavors, excellent quality ingredients and super helpful staff. They also make custom cakes that are fantastic. You can pick your ice cream flavors, frosting, message and sprinkles. This cake made our special event extra delicious and memorable.

The ice cream is super fresh, rich in taste, and surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. Service is so good . They always smile and very patient .
There’s decent seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your treat. Only downside is the parking—it’s a bit of a hassle. But honestly, the ice cream makes it worth the effort. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-try

Legitimately the best ice cream I’ve ever had! I tried both the standard and vegan flavors – both were absolutely fabulous!! Tons of options too, including for the vegan ice cream.

Amazing icecream! All made in house and open year round! Their core flavors are always consistent and they have new flavors at least once or twice a month.l if not more. Happy to live nearby.

What a scoop indeed!! 72 flavors! Creamy, delicious, super tasty. This is an amazing place with friendly, patient people and generous scoops at a great price.
Accessible ♿️, with a few tables inside. Family with lots of kids having a great time at lunch when we visited. We took our icecream to go, and just walked around the town. They had at least 6 different chocolate ice cream!! It was heavenly!

The young servers were very friendly and efficient…kudos to them.
Conveniently located right on Main Street with lots of street parking in the immediate area.

This might be the only ice cream place in this town where you can get coffee with chocolate-covered coffee beans. I forgot the name of the flavor. But this ice cream is excellent. I’m a big fan and this is definitely a go-to for boutique ice cream. And the seating outside on the street was very charming! I highly recommend this place.

Stopped by with a group of 10 at, Mike the owner is so helpful! He let us all sample the ice cream and was so patient. So many flavors to choose from and each one we got was incredible. Definitely coming back

Despite having store hours in Google and having visited at 12:30 PM, the place was closed with no sign explaining why. It was drizzling and I had my kids with me who had been begging me for ice cream as we’re just visiting Edison for a few days…beware this doesn’t happen to you also as they give no reason for being closed during business hours.
