My family and I went to this restaurant after a long day of traveling. I ordered a medium rare steak and the waitress brought it to the table burnt as rubber. After I made a comment about how it looked and how tough it was I was told to cut into it first to see if it was right. Eventually, they made another one. The service was horrible as well as the food. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is awful!

My wife and I went in on Tues evening about 7, it was not crowded at all. The service was genuinely friendly and our server Donny was genuinely attentive… but did not cross the line into annoying. The food was fresh, hot and we’ll cooked. Conversations were low key and family friendly.
The rest rooms were clean… walls, sink & floor… paper towels and soap stocked. Yes, this was a pleasant experience and we would return.

Husband and I just left and wow – boy did this Red Lobster surprise us! After not being in one for several years, we took a chance. It was EXCELLENT! The food was hot and fresh (lobster/shrimp/scallops), and the service was truly awesome! Our server Cody was attentive, knowledgeable and overall 5 star for sure! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a wonderful meal!!

Maybe the best meal I ever had! I went because I had a coupon for kids eat free on Tuesdays. The steak was cooked perfectly, the broccoli had just the right amount of seasoning and loaded baked potato was heavenly. The server was so nice and very friendly. I went home a very happy customer!

Red Lobster – as every restaurant during the height of Covid – had it’s own unique challenges with staffing and menu item availability. There were times that we visited Red Lobster in 2020 and 2021 that we actually wondered if the restaurant chain would survive.
Our last visit in May 2022 definitely gave us the impression that hopefully this restaurant will be around for us to enjoy in the future.
The service was excellent with attentiveness from the greeter, our server and even the bartender. The food was great and our drinks were mixed to perfection. An overall superb dining experience.
We could not have been more pleased.

Normally i do give them 5 stars . The restaurant is clean and MOST servers are well mannered. How ever. I have wrote to them and explained a recent date night experience that i had there that was not well and i was never contacted in regards to this. That is a little concerning to me. We didn’t receive our full orders even after telling the waited more than once that we were missing items he never brought them to us. As we were leaving he then offered to put what he didn’t bring us in to go boxes and we refused. It was just a crazy experience for us.

My husband and I met for a late lunch. He is a fan of endless shrimp and he loved the new options. My steak was undercooked, but the waitress, Leigh, corrected the problem. Leigh was attentive, friendly and available when we needed something. She made our dining experience that much better. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I think their prices have increased too much. But I would definitely give Leigh 5 stars.
