We had the pleasure of being served by an amazing waitress, Anthem! It’s been a while since we’ve had a server who genuinely cared about the experience of her customers. She truly stood out. You can tell she has a pure heart and takes pride in what she does. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about the people she serves. I’m honestly surprised no one has already snatched her up for bigger opportunities because she made that much of an impression on us. She’s a rare find, and we’re grateful for the great service!

I had one of the worst experiences at Waffle House. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable. The server didn’t even pay attention while I was placing my order — they had earbuds in and seemed more focused on whatever they were listening to than the customer in front of them.
When the food finally came out, it was a disaster. The steak was undercooked and dripping with grease, and everything on the plate seemed to have been drowned in oil. I honestly couldn’t tell whether they were trying to fry the food in oil or just serve me a plate of oil with food floating in it. It was unappetizing and disappointing from start to finish.
I expected at least a basic level of care and quality, but this experience was nowhere near it.
I spent $20 on this kind of food after starving, and it was a complete disappointment. Definitely not worth it.
I walked in around 11:10 pm, please I request the management to check the CC… how I was served…
Hopefully i don’t want any customers going through this kind of experience.. after a long day at work.

If I could give 1000 more stars I would. The staff was super dam friendly as soon as I walked in the building. Our server Anthem WOW!!!!!!!! YOURE SOOOOOOO DAMMMMM AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! thank you so much for your positive energy and all you’re recommendations on the food and those waffles you made me DAM!!!! BEST DAM WAFFLES IVE EVER HAD!!!!! And mad love on getting me that cup for my buddy. When we come to Bedford or dam any of this area the is the only Waffle House we’re coming too especially if you’re working! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING

Easy access to this location. Service was good with attentive wait staff. Tough not to order the All-Star breakfast as it is a good deal for the amount of food you get – hashbrowns or grits, toast, bacon or sausage, eggs cooked your way, and a waffle. Very filling. Restaurant was clean. Food came out quickly. Waffles are always a good choice here.

i understand how the public can be a pain, but i am unsure why the staff here interacted with us like we were an inconvenience and burden. the women working here were so mad it was uncomfortable. i was hoping the interaction would maybe lift up as the time passed but it did not. i dont expect crazy customer service but i would like to not be spoken to as if i am a toddler. not sure why its hard to be nice, not everyone will have an attitude with you so dont project it onto the next person please. id suggest going to a different location to anyone that took the time to read this lol, the vibes there might throw you off.

Good Waffle House location. Sevice was friendly and food was prepared quickly and correctly. Prices these days are what they are, meaning you’ll spend more here than at Chili’s, which is a bit of a disconnect.

This location is clean & surprisingly spacious lol all the waffle houses in Arlington suck but we drive just to come here. Our waitress was Anthem and we both love Fallout so we clicked instantly. Excellent service and the food was delicious
