I just ordered from this place and was highly disappointed! Pictures will be added. I got the family deal 2 medium pizza’s upgraded to cheese breadsticks and honey bbq wings. One pizza was ok my pizza which was a thin crust pepperoni and pineapple was hard on the bottom I asked for light sauce not no sauce! Then them wings I literally got 5 wings that had no meat just bread pls look at pictures.! The bread or pizza weren’t cut leaving it to be a huge mess all together I paid 31.08 and once he got here he had no change so I paid 40$ for a disgusting meal. If I paid with card I would have disputed this. Not ok!

This customer service was outstanding. Jules was one Of the best managers I have ran into in a long time. My food was hot. Very nice place and good and on time no wait. The atmosphere was lovely. When I walked in. I felt a love greet from the young gentleman named Chris. This was a great Pizza Hut. I would recommend for anybody to eat at.

Don’t waste your time. The cheese pizza and cheese sticks were burnt. It was awful. They didn’t include my Parmesan Romano sauce or my marinara sauce. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Called the store and spoke with Kaitlyn, who claimed that she was a supervisor did not want to give me her name was very aggressive and nasty from the start. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this store and they have immediately marked it delivered even though it isn’t. I asked her why my order was showing that it had already been delivered. she stated that it was because of the rain and that she tells them to mark it as delivered and didn’t see what the big deal it was Its way I told her because we use the app to track where it’s at. IShe was so nasty and dismissive that I asked her who was the store manager. She said she couldn’t give me the name. I asked her who was the area or district manager, she said she couldn’t give me the name. I asked her were they a franchise she said she couldn’t tell me. I’ve already reached out to the online complaint and will be calling corporate and I will continue until Miss Kaitlyn learns what Customer Service is I truly feel bad for anybody that works with this girl. She is horrible and very nasty.
Update: I wanted to update that I was able to talk with the store manager and I truly feel she heard me. I am very happy with our conversation and her understanding. I could not leave the one star as she did listen, apologize and will work to rectify the issue.

Every single time we order from this restaurant, the pizza is so undercooked that it is raw. Just today we had to have the pizza run through the oven an extra 2 times for it to be minimum acceptable. Quality control shouldn’t be on the customer. Pizza Hut has lost our business. If you aren’t interested in properly cooking your pizzas, get into a new business.

I had the privilege of speaking with Tyti at the Pizza Hut location in Grovetown and I must say she was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. Not only was she very professional but she handled my situation and completed my order with so much grace and efficiency. I hope every time I call this establishment she is the person I get to speak with. I would highly encourage management to look more into Tyti quality and character, if she is not already I would definitely recommend for management. Thank you Tyti for being incredible at what you do, excellent customer service and for keeping my kids calm until dinner arrives.

It seems pizza hut has changed their recipes around. The bread takes like cardboard now, used to have a better texture. Hopefully y’all change it back cause this ain’t it. Never had customer service issues here, employees are great!

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times over several years. I think today is finally the day where I felt compelled to leave this review when my food was an hour late. And not only was an hour late, it was marked as delivered on time while still not at my door. The service is atrocious and when you call, they will always say “the driver is on the way, but is delivering multiple orders and will take time to get there.” If the delivery time is 5:30, my order should not be arriving at 6:30. If you are an individual who is tired , hungry and wants food at your door when you get home, this is not the place to order from.
