I place my order at 8:35 at around 9:40 I called to see what was taking so long the lady told me my order been ready since 8:47 it’s just waiting on a driver . I asked her when the driver get there do they mind remaking it since it’s been over a hr , she lady yes then hung up. The driver called me when he arrived to the store saying thy refused to remake the order and told him they have “ no more chicken “ I then told him ok just ask for the employees name which she refused to give her name. My order arrived at 10:14 Very disrespectful. After 2 hours of waiting this is what I received and no drink.

I purchased 2 orders of 3 chicken tenders meal at 9:30pm when I reached home I couldn’t even break a piece of the tender. The pieces where so small the size of a nugget. Our sides was cold and hard biscuits.

I visited the KFC location to pick up a Grubhub order and chose to go inside the restaurant. While waiting, I observed multiple employees handling food without wearing gloves. In the food service industry, this is extremely unsanitary and concerning, especially when preparing food for customers.

Food safety and hygiene should be taken seriously at all times. Seeing bare-hand contact with food made me uncomfortable and raised concerns about potential contamination and health risks. I expect a restaurant of this size and reputation to follow proper food handling protocols.

I hope this issue is addressed promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.

Please read below as to the details of a heartfelt and truthful 2 star review.

I placed my order directly through KFC’s website for pickup in store. When I arrived I was attended to by a young woman who began by telling me that my order was for delivery through Grubhub. After I repeated numerous times that my order was indeed not for delivery another member of the staff pointed out to the young woman that my order was indeed for pickup. I was told that my order would be ready for pick-up at 6:10 so that is when I arrived, only to wait another 15-20 minutes!

Additionally, I had ordered dessert biscuits, which are a cooperative menu item from Cinnabon. The staff informed me that they did not have any frosting so they just put on more cinnamon sauce. The frosting is the BEST Part! They did not offer to take it off my order, which I should not have accepted, but I did because I was frustrated by the wait. Additionally the dessert biscuits were stale.

Upon arriving home I found that they had not provided any silverware, napkins, plates, or biscuits! All of those items were selected on my order. The staff was more interested in conversing amongst one another than properly preparing customer orders. Also, why would my potatoes just be covered in Plastic wrap instead of a lid?

On the bright side there is ample parking to the side of the building.

Really disappointed with this place. I had a bad experience before and thought that maybe they had an “off day” so I went again. The food is ok but the service is horrible. This is the 3rd consecutive time that I wait more than 10 minutes (even though I ordered ahead through the app), lobby is dirty (all 3 times I’ve been here) and can’t get the order right. It’s a shame because other smaller “mom and pop” restaurants have service and cleanliness down packed. Won’t be returning

When I first moved to Bloomfield, it was my go to. Over the years, the standards of this location has deteriorated and it clearly shows.
As a group, my co-workers and I decided to order from this location since it was close, despite previous orders missing items. This time they forgot a lemonade and my “Chicken Little” sandwich had mold. My co-worker called the location and was met with “Nothing I can do, the order wasn’t placed in-store.” So corporate was called. Again, their food and service has been circling the drain. I absolutely never put up any reviews, but this was cause for one. You’ll never catch me here again.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food was very poor. The skin of the chicken was soggy on the outside and extremely dry and bland on the inside. The biscuits were hard, as if they had been sitting out all day.
Overall, the meal felt stale and poorly prepared. I will not be purchasing food from this location again.

The only reason this place got 2 stars is because Butts customer service is excellent . The manager is incapable of handling this place . No coordination!

Came back here . Same poor service as before. Maybe this is the cashiers first job but that’s not an excuse for the poor service . No greeting , shes annoyed with every customer she serves . Highly recommended customer service training.
