Bagels are tasty. Service was good. The space was unwelcoming to linger. Tables tucked by the bathrooms and just sparse. Plus it was freezing. I hoped to stay and enjoy my bagel and a warm beverage. Opted for eating in the car.

Me and my boyfriend made a stop before headed home to Bakersfield. We had went to the one at the Austin airport and loved it we had a make a stop here before leaving town! Turkey avocado with bacon and the Texas brisket was AMAZING! Everything was fresh good flavor the store was clean and Ada was sweet. WE NEED ONE IN BAKERSFIELD! but happy to make the drive out to this location☺️

If you like spicy get the chorizo bagel! Absolutely delicious I devoured it. Cashier was nice and friendly, we shared a laugh. I also got a medium coffee, hazelnut is good. First time here 5/5!

Need better staffing ratio for morning hours. Good and fresh bagels but it’s always a LONG wait whether you order in person or ahead of time. Online order placed 40 minutes ago is still not ready and they’re out of the flavor I chose. So gotta wait longer for them to make new ones.

This place is severely understaffed. The employees are hard working, as I sat for my order they were friendly but I saw the urgency was a little overwhelming, people can’t help but feel bad. I am really concerned for their well being as they are often under staffed. There should be Atleast 4 people working at all times. As a business owner myself I’d never just have 2 or 3 employees in what seems to be such a high volume shop. Those are horrible working conditions. Your employees are outstanding, please treat them better.

This is a great place for bagels. I wish they had more options but understand it’s not possible in this market.
The seating is very limited which makes a relaxing Sunday bagel in the morning hard.

I really like this place, but almost every time I order it on DoorDash they make modifications and send wrong items. If they are out of an item they should report that. Instead sending food often tha can’t be eaten and is wasted. It aLos always requires a bunch of work and pics disputing it. Frustrating.

The worker wouldn’t tell me the cost of my order. I asked about 5 times for the total today, and he kept telling me just to insert the card. The screen didn’t display the total, hence why I asked. Really weird lol.
The past few times I’ve gone, I’ve been given the wrong orders or charged for the wrong items. It’s been real Einstein Bros, but I’m done.
