Ordered delivery through DoorDash and they completely botched my order. I wanted Tavern crust and I got this sad sad thin crust excuse of a “pizza”, with toppings thrown all over and it’s not even close to being cut evenly.

I’m also missing the dessert items I ordered.

The delivery driver said the employees told him to either take what was there or get out and leave the order behind. I’m not mad at the delivery driver, it wasn’t his fault. Highly unprofessional behavior from worthless employees.

If you are understaffed and behind, there is an option on the DoorDash restaurant tablet to pause accepting incoming orders to catch up (know this from working food service in the past). Being lazy and screwing over the customer because you’re “behind” is NOT a valid excuse.

I ordered a pizza online. And I realized right away that it wasn’t the pizza that I ordered. So I parked my car and I went inside. And they refused to remake my pizza. And then they told me they don’t give refunds. So I end up leaving the pizza there that I did not order. They could have remade my pizza, and they flat refused to. I work in pizza hut for years at one point and I know their rules. The manager obviously does not know how to do their job.That was on their shift tonight. I guarantee I will not be stepping to back in that pizza hut ever again.

The exterior is well lit and you can feel safe walking in in the evening.

The lot is a bit grungy but I’m going to mark that up to the recent snow and ice-melt.

The exterior signage was in good working order.

This Pizza Hut also has a drive thru.

Interior was well lit and relatively clean.

The staff was polite and helpful – my only concern was no trash can outside or inside. I always through trash away when I get lout of my van. In this case I asked the staff person at the counter to throw it in a trash can and she said they weren’t allowed to – so I had to put the van I brought in back in my van…..not in favor of this lack of trash cans.

The breadsticks with cheese were very good but not perfect.

When I was a Pizza Hut manager many decades ago there used to be Inspections that graded Quality , Service and Cleanliness both front of the house and back of the house- I don’t think this location would have gotten above an 80 out of 100.

The service at this location is horrific. Upon entering the drive-thru to pickup my order I was behind one vehicle. There was nobody servicing the vehicle in front of me at the window despite honking their horn and knocking on the window. I attempted to call the store but kept getting routed to the Pizza Hut contact center who was unable to help me. Sat for over 10 minutes in line before having to backup out of a sharp and completely dark drive-thru lane to go inside the store. There were three employees inside the store at the time, with clear line of sight to the drive-thru window, and still they did not service the drive-thru, attempt to close it, and had no excuse. A simple order pickup took more than 20 minutes. Even called corporate to file a complaint only to be told by the contact center they couldn’t help me, to contact the store directly, and when escalating to a supervisor, they hung up. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

This is an incredibly poorly managed franchise. The owner should really have their franchise pulled from them.

I don’t drive. When I got to the door off this location at 7:30 on a Friday night, the lobby door was locked. A sign on the door says “Use pickup window after 9:00 p.m.” There was no other sign to indicate that they were closed.

After waiting for a half an hour to finally get the attention of one of the two employees, she finally came to the door, threatening to call the police on me, and claiming that she had canceled my order.

On the other hand, I have proof in my bank account that she has not.

I am going to contact corporate, and make sure that they know just how poorly managed this location is.

Unacceptable!
I cannot believe the absolute disrespect and lack of due diligence. the ignorance of the individuals at this location is clearly intentional. Reading and understanding the contents of a receipt should be a skill the manager possesses. Lying should not be an acceptable response. But when you can’t find an order in ur system or a pizza sitting in the warmer u have to find some way to deflect.. taking offense to your desperate pleads to perform thier duty seems to be the consensus

Ordered the $7 box. My melt was over cooked and not made the way I asked. My wings were drowned in chilli sauce. And there was a weird substance in the box. If I could give a 0 I would.

Every time I come to this location, the young lady Dymond is very rude. Very disrespectful. I pulled up to the drive-through to pick my order up. She steady on the phone. Whoever she was talking to and aesthetic and I was the one in the drive-through honk my horn twice very rude very disrespectful and I’m sick of it. The only reason I come here is because it is three doors down from my job, but she’s very rude and very disrespectful and someone needs to check her attitude. I was on my lunch and good thing. I was not in the mood for no BS but she’s very rude so how are you gonna be on the side on the phone talking on your phone instead of paying attention who was pulling up to that delivery window it doesn’t make any sense so I need to do better training about these employees y’all got because apparently she’s there for a chick she’s not there for Customer Service.

We ordered a Big Dinner Box. After placing my order, the delivery time changed to an hour later and there was a pop up stating Door Dash would be delivering it.

Everything was cold. There was hardly any sauce on the mostly bread pizzas. Yet, the soggy and stale breadsticks were covered in buffalo sauce from the wings. I spent over $60 and tipped well with the expectation that it would be at least lukewarm and edible. So disappointed. Will not get pizza from here again.
