Very good dining experience. Food is great. Not the usual boring choices. The deep fried Brussel sprouts are a must even for those who don’t like them.

I’ve been wanting to check out Four Twelve Project since they first opened and finally got around to it. I had high hopes of this place because of the excellent reviews, however, my experience fell short of this. The food was decent (seafood risotto) but somethings I thought were over priced. The service was a bit on the unfriendly side. And the wine selection for having “wine” (a winery and dinery) was sub par. All in all I was slightly disappointed in my experience and will probably not be back.

We had dinner and drinks in the downstairs speakeasy area. The food and drinks were really good. I had a smoked Old Fashioned and a Porter. Both were excellent and decently priced. The food was really good. My friends ordered a cheese plate and bruschetta to share. They were very tasty. For my main I had the FTP Burger with fries. Sounds basic but it was a very good choice as it was topped with A1 sauce, maple bacon, and blue cheese. My wife had the Beef Stroganoff which was also really savory and so good.

As for the service and staff. Our server and bartender was awesome. They were always around checking in and providing recommendations.

I will definitely come back here.

Based on the rating and the pictures of the food it looked appetizing online, so we gave this place a try. I loved the bbq bacon fingerling appetizer. The filet was decent, but overpriced. The atmosphere is cozy and the service was alright. My husband was very disappointed in the mac and cheese. I tried a bite; I would rather eat Velveeta. It was disgusting fake cheese on cavatappi noodles. The drink menu lacks wine options for being a “wine and dinery” as mentioned by another reviewer. I’m not from the area so I would not go out of my way to eat here again.

I would rate this place as just okay. I’ve visited twice now. During my first visit, the steak was so tough that it was difficult to eat. On my second visit, the burger was overcooked. I’m not impressed with the fries either; they were soft, soggy, and had a greasy taste. However, I do love the atmosphere and the nice selection of beer that this place offers.

This was our first time visiting here before flying out for a trip. This place is fantastic! It was easy to make a reservation online. The staff was super friendly. We sat in the basement area coined the Underground. Staff was very attentive and the menu was full of delicious options. Warning…portions are big, so be prepared. But everything, even cocktails, were great. Prices were reasonable. There was parking, which is nice too. I would highly recommend them and will definitely come back again.

We had our work Christmas dinner downstairs in the speakeasy & it was very nice. We had bruschetta, artichoke dip & cheese platter for group apps & I got the chorizo mac n cheese & the Brussels sprouts which were delicious. I also got my hubby a FTP burger & got it jerked & the regular mac as a side & he really enjoyed it. I also brought home the pickles which tasted like they were in red wine vinegar & we didn’t care for those but all in all I recommend this place!

Upon arrival the parking lot is huge. The staff is friendly and upbeat. Seating is ample. The appetizers are amazing. Try the Brussel Bacon Spinach dip if you want an amazing starter. I had the Baseball Filet served with the veggies and crispy potatoes, topped off with caramelized onions (an upcharge that is worth it). It was amazing. I tried my wife’s Rissoto and it was also fantastic. The bartender here can craft anything you can think of with ease. Everything about this restaurant is amazing which is hard to find nowadays. Please come here and experience a rarity in hospitality and great food!

Went for a holiday party. We were in the downstairs back room which is not connected to the upstairs part. We had buffet style. Chicken was juicy, steak was tender, Mac and Cheese was good and potatoes were ok but a little to cooked for me. I thought the room felt sort of like a Speak Easy.

Lovely local libations. We tried the cheese plate, which was fantastic. A wonderfull assortment of cheese with a variety of yummy little additions. The FTP burger was delicious… 100% recommend. The Mac and cheese is creamy, and the bread crums are delightful.
