Please have the staff learn the differences with the falafel. The chicken jalapeño has an orange color. They get confused with the spicy and the jalapeño one. Has happened to me before, so now I check. I was in the drive thru, got the jalapeño one by mistake, checked it before I left, told the girl, she took it and had them make me another. They gave me another jalapeño one! The line was already long so I didnt bother to check it (didnt think they would give me the same one)

I am very disappointed in the way Starbucks denied me a cup of water. I was locked out of my car and while I waited for someone to help me I decided to go to Starbucks and ask for a cup of water as it’s 115 degrees out today in Arizona. The employee REFUSED and told me I had to make a purchase in order to get water. When my sister showed up she made the purchase of a drink and asked for a cup of iced water as well. When given the order they still forgot the water and had to be reminded. I will no longer be a loyal customer. Absolutely horrific customer service.

I paid for a large matcha and half my cup was foam. This is ridiculous! I wish I would’ve noticed before pulling out of the drive-thru. I purchased before sunrise and when I got to work and saw this, very upsetting.

I love coffee ☕️ for sure, but sometimes the blends are off, or someone adds whip cream when I’ve requested none for years.
My husband has special requests due to lactose /sugar, etc, and it will keep him awake if it’s wrong.
Not THIS Starbucks!!! My order is always perfect and the staff friendly!! I like coming here.

This location has a drive-through. The staff works quick to get your orders out as quickly as possible. If there is a line, it goes and moves really quickly. Highly recommended for people with a coffee addiction.

I am usually here if I am with a friend who loves Starbucks coffee or I have a business meeting because of the location.
One thing I do like is the service.
Over the years, I have seen several different teams of staff, but this one works well together. Every counter service staff member is very friendly, sharp, helpful, and patient. (Majority of customers are over the age of 60). When they are not busy they will sometimes bring your drink to you!
If you are sensitive to cold temperatures, bring a light sweater. Their AC kicks on and makes me shiver.
There are a few outdoor tables, nothing special, and could use an upgrade.
I dont do drive throughs, but this one is never a long wait when I am there (usually afternoons).
I can’t comment on specialty drinks because I keep it simple and clean…black drip or Americano iced and hot, and they can reduce headache pain when necessary, BTW.
Probably my Starbucks of choice on the west side.

Placed a ‘call ahead,’ order at this location, by accident. Customized the drinks. For the refresher, it has a place for number of scoops. On the order sticker it has “2 limes, 2 berries.” They literally put 2 limes, and ONLY 2 berries!! LOL
