I’ve been coming here for the past year because it was conveniently near to work. Today I walked in after putting an online order. After waiting 10 minutes for my sandwich that was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago I asked where my sandwich was. The reply was “that’s because we don’t have that sandwich anymore.” Frustrated that they never even bothered to tell me they just watch me sit and wait at a table. When I asked for a refund, they acted like they were inconvenienced and gave me an attitude instead of an apology.
