This is one of the best fast food restaurants in Banks Crossing. My order was correct, hot, served quickly and delicious!! The restaurant was very clean and the restroom was very clean. The owner served my order and was genuinely kind and friendly. He thanked me for choosing his establishment to have lunch.

No one there seemed to know what they were doing. The kid handed me one icecream then seemed really confused about my other 3.
Only gave me a lid for one. When I asked about this the kid seemed very flustered and gave me a sundae lid instead of a concrete lid. He looked at me and said I’m not sure what to do.
Didn’t seem to be much training or leadership going on.
I ended up with 3 melted messes that leaked everywhere because I didn’t receive any lids.

Good food and nice place. I always get the chicken fingers basket. And at this Dairy Queen it is better than most. They do need to get better at the toast. The toast needs to be toasted. But it is better the toast is under cooked than the chicken. They also have remnants of a pay phone in the parking lot. Maybe they are keeping it in case pay phones make a come back.

My family and I were on a road trip heading to Texas with my husband two kids and our dog. The owner took our order and he took the time to repeat it back to us to make sure everything was correct. When we pulled up to the window the person at the window offered our dog a pup cup of ice cream and the owner who was standing right there insisted on giving our kids two free ice cream vones. It was a great interaction and the owner was very friendly and nice and so was his employee. The food was also very good. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely make it a point to stop by and support this DQ.

Probably the best fast food burger I have ever had! The bun looked just like pictures of food… and it was fresh! The burger was just the right temperature when I got it and had the perfect amount of ketchup, mustard and pickles for me.
The franchise owner was at the window helping the girl that worked the drive thru and he made sure I was happy before I pulled away. He actually kinda made my day because he was so nice.
The way the road is set up, it’s a little difficult to get into from the wrong direction but absolutely worth the effort!
This may be my new food stop when I go from FL to GA and back.

The girl at the register that took my order and made my blizzard did an awesome job.
I told the shift manager that the floor in the lobby was slippery and should be remapped with hot soapy water she told the manager and he came out and told me it was not slippery that my shoes are just slippery and I told him these are brand new shoes alberton restaurant business for over 10 years I know what I’m talking about and he was just rude and by looks of it this isn’t the only time that he’s been rude to a customer.
I was just trying to prevent somebody from slipping and falling I wasn’t trying to make a big deal out of it but he did. I assume that he was wearing shoes for crews

Seem to be halfway clean but the 6 piece chicken basket I got was awful chicken tastes like fish I think using old grease I wouldn’t recommend this location

Management and employees have so far always been nice. Greeting customer’s once they walk thru the door’s. Food is good, and cold treats are always ohhh so good. Could give a few extra onion rings in an order.
