The vibes here are amazing, the staff are so kind and welcoming. They answered all of our questions and provided great insights to the menu. They have a wonderful variety of sauces and the portion sizes are really great for the price. Like a big portion for what you pay. The chicken was cooked to perfection, perfect crispy, juicy, and flavorful. You won’t waste your money here.

Huge bonus: they’re open till 3 AM, making this an excellent late-night food spot in Tampa.

The chicken tenders are wonderful. seasoning was on point. cooked to perfection. melt in your mouth and large. was impressed. waffle fries were also cooked just right. place is kinda small and not many tables

I had the boneless chicken with sweet chili sauce, and it was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, crispy, and coated in an amazing sauce. I also had the Chicken Madness sandwich with onion rings, and wow…the coleslaw inside the sandwich was phenomenal, fresh and flavorful, and the chicken itself was beautifully seasoned. Seriously, this is the best chicken tender sandwich I’ve ever had.
My wife ordered the Mad Fries, which were also amazing. The homemade Mad Sauce is unreal, and the Chipotle Mad Sauce was just as good, both full of flavor and clearly made with care.
The staff really stood out too. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and you could tell they truly care about the food and the customer experience. Service like that makes a big difference.
We’ll definitely be coming back just to try everything else on the menu. Highly recommend this place if you love great chicken, bold flavors, and awesome service.

Had the grilled chicken wrap combo. The waffle fries are actually crispier that Chik-fil-a’s, and that’s saying something. The wrap was “mad” good. The lemonade was really good too.

I had high hopes when I looked up the place but boy was i disappointed about 15 minutes into waiting for my food. I understand waiting for fresh food but when there is only 2 orders infront of me and it takes 30 minutes to cook and put together a chicken sandwich and fries then thats kind of ridiculous. Also with the chicken sandwich costing 11.99 I would expect it to be tender and juicy… Nope was dry and chewy. Would of had a quicker experience going to chick fil a during lunch rush with a line down the block.
Then when it comes to customer service, its like asking questions to someone who could care less. Can’t even give a proper refill when filling up the cup 3/4s and calling it a day . Had to wait for that refill too for like 5 mins since he went outside for that smoke break.
Atmosphere is ehh alright. If you are sitting there to eat then you can probably take a nap too with how quiet it is.
If this the experience everything then skip it and save the money because it aint cheap.

Every time I come to Mad Chicken, it is. The service is on point, the food is on point, the sauces is amazing. I don’t eat chocolate so I’ve never had the fried Oreos but I have had their raspberry chimichangas. Chefs kiss to their entire menu. And they’re open till 3:00 in the morning. It’s never a bad time to go to Mad Chicken
