As a busy working mom of 4, Colleen has changed my life! Her meals are delicious and curated with care and expertise. I am no longer spending valuable time shopping at the grocery store, planning, and prepping meals. Colleen is very communicative and often expresses a willingness to make sure her meals work for our food allergies. For example, knowing that I might enjoy her chicken almond salad, she offered to put some aside for me before adding the almonds. My family loves all of her meals and will often fight over the protein energy bites:) Anticipating a week’s worth of healthy and flavorful meals left at my doorstep every Sunday is truly the best feeling as I get ready to tackle another week. I especially like knowing that my family will be eating high quality ingredients, as if I were making the meals myself. So much better than any of the chain meal delivery services, from what I can tell by looking at ingredient lists. My only criticism is toward myself – for not discovering Homemade by Colleen sooner!

Colleen has saved the day and come to my dad’s rescue. He is an 83 year-old, full Italian, who needed assistance with meal preparation and implementation. Colleen is now making it as easy as 1, 2, 3. Everything is pre-cooked-just needs to be warmed–then served. My dad can even use the same containers that it’s delivered in. My dad reports that all of her meals are fresh, healthy, and filling. She has a diverse menu with lots of options, which change regularly. Colleen has restored his excitement, contentment, satisfaction, and tummy surrounding food again. As his daughter that resides out of state,, I’m now reassured that my dad’s belly is full and his heart is happy-thanks to Colleen. She is such a caring, talented,, and kind woman. She does pretty much anything it takes to get delicious meals to her cherished clients. She is always very quick to respond to messages and her ordering system provides lots of reminders, confirmations, etc. Thanks for always going the extra mile, Colleen. My dad and I already feel like family. I’m so happy you are on my dad’s team and so is he.

We absolutely love Homemade by Colleen and highly recommend her for all your meal prep needs. My sister in law sent us two different meals to hep us out after having surgery. We were so happy with the two meals, beef stew and chicken dinner, that we have started ordering for ourselves and for a parent on a weekly basis. Her food is perfectly seasoned and so easy to heat up (the chicken tenders are AMAZING!) The portions are perfect and there’s always enough for leftovers, which have never disappointed! Colleen goes above and beyond with communication to her customers and is always available to answer questions. If you want to take a break from cooking during the week or share a meal with an elderly person or a friend in need, Homemade By Colleen is the way to go.

I had there meal prep for the first time yesterday and today and truly was amazing, my favorite was the white rice with the roasted corn and slices of chicken and yum yum sauce I believe, I could be wrong haha. To sum it up it was very good I hugely recommend!!
