Rice was hard and undercooked. Beans were cold and dry. The entire staff keeps talking to each other while serving their customers. Not like a regular chipotle experience.

Bunch of kids working here all on their phones…where is management..beans gone, barely any meat in containers, bottom scrape of sour cream…just a joke and this was at 6pm. No napkins whatsoever in holders, trash cans totally full and all tables dirty. Lazy high school kids and this place needs an adult running the show. Thestaff and service is great. I eat here at least 3-4 times a week for lunch. The only issue i have seen is steak being cooked very inconsistently. Some days i get a new tender steak that’s warm and moist, other days i get cold, hard to the touch dry steak that’s warm feels it has sat on a counter all day. When paying $17.25 for a steak bowl, i expect consistency

Nice location. Hidden behind some tree’s. Nice little parking area. Food is delicious, hits the Chipotle standards very nicely. New Chipolte Honey Chicken is delicious. Got a salad because they are awesome. Great staff, friendly. Everyone was busy prepping food which is an amazing aroma.

So – I come to this location regularly and always order on the app for pick-up. Historically I could count on a good meal for an okay price. However recently I have noticed the food quality is taking a nose dive. My burrito this week was ALL RICE when I got home to eat it. I counted 2 pieces of meat. No queso, no lettuce, and no salsa as requested.
Next time this means I have to go inside and stare at the guy so he will not rip me off as clearly was done as way to cost-cut on an on-line order. What a pain – it will make me come less often for sure to have go back to waiting in line at the counter like in High School lunch.
Oh and the price for my rice bullet was higher as well. Sad – just sad.

This place is always clean, fantistic employees! And fresh food made perfectly! Oh! And the bowl is full.
I’ve been driving out of my way to come to this one. And it’s well worth it!
I walked out of a different Chipotle after watching them wipe the crumbs and food that had fallen onto the counter back into the food containers… repeatedly! So gross!
But I’m so glad I tried again and stopped here! The counters were clean, the food was fresh, and the bowl was made perfectly… Thank you!!

Pretty Crazy my daughter and I had gotten a bag of chips that were stale, and went back in on a different date and told the service lead that we had gotten the stale bag of chips and that after calling they would replace them…. She made a big huge deal about it, mind you were talking about $1.90 bag of chips that she was not willing to replace! Apparently, this girl needs a little more training on customer service! She had an attitude from the jump… After pulling up the reviews today and realizing they have 3.8 stars, it all makes sense!

Like many chipotles the food is extremely inconsistent. Going here is similar to gambling except there’s no chance of winning money. The burritos can be annoying as there’s an irregular distribution of the meat. 2/3 of the burrito is Vegan with the final 1/3 full carnivore. The quality of the salsa is very inconsistent as well. The chips are always terrible though. They’re frequently chewy/gummy, or will have small portions of a salt mine clumped on each chip.
