What is the point of ordering ahead using the mobile app if I am going to sit there for 15 min in the mobile line while I watch three customers go through the regular drive thru line and receive their orders first?
I thought that was the entire concept of ordering ahead rather than ordering at the restaurant.
It’s not like a had a large order. It’s a sandwich and an order of fries. 15 mins is not a high tickets time for a restaurant. I get that. But not when I’m watching multiple orders go out ahead of me when they aren’t using the mobile app. There were no cars in line when I pulled in except one other mobile customer that also waited as three other orders were processed ahead of ours that ordered in advance.
And based on the temperature of my food when I got home it leads me to believe that it sat there with in the cold air with the drive thru doors open while they took care of other drive thru orders first. Skyler seems like a nice enough kid. But he needs better training to prioritize orders that come in order. Not just taking care of the vehicles that are directly in front of them. Especially on a slow night.

I recently placed a catering order and the whole process was a snap. I worked with the catering coordinator, who answered all of my questions, took my order, and he made sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and there was plenty to go around. It came with plenty of plates, napkins, and sauces. We had a great Halloween thanks to this location! Thank you to the whole staff!

I visit this Chick-Fil-A often and have had an excellent experience each time. This location has a convenient and easy drive thru, and typically operates both lanes during peak hours. I’ve experienced an average wait time of about 11 minutes in the drive thru window during peak hours.

The food was great. It actually wasn’t too busy, so that was great. The thing that really impressed me is that the people that take your order outside actually had heaters out there for them. What a great company that cares about their employees. Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We will be back when we are in the area.

The shrinkflation of the food here is absolutely insulting. $25 for me and my wife which is already absurd, but the portions were tiny! The tenders and nuggets have to be at least half the size they were just a few years ago. Absolutely insulting and just another reminder of how dead the American dream is becoming.

Every single time I come to this location there is an issue with my order. Came specifically for an iced coffee and was given this. Should have complained right then and there but went home and tried to add creamer. I’m not sure what this is but it tastes nothing like the coffee I order all the time and is NASTY!!!
AND I can’t even call this store for a refund… you can call any other location so not sure why. I need a refund for this.

Newest Chick-fil-A in the city is actually the worst. I had a ” be our guest” card where you can get a free sandwich meal. On the card it says original chicken sandwich. However, the day before I came in and they said I could get a spicy chicken sandwich. Today I came and did the same thing again And whatever manager was on duty absolutely refused. The first reason was it was a price difference. It’s only a $0.20 price difference I can pay that. When I said I could pay he then said the card is only good for the face value Original chicken sandwich. So I just left and made my way to Ward parkway Chick-fil-A where they honored the gift card. Let me get a spicy sandwich and I paid the difference between that and a lemonade.
