I order from this location at least once every week, never had any bad experiences before. I placed a 2 two topping pizza today with chicken and pineapple and other one with chicken and mushrooms, I hardly see any chicken in both the pizzas. I would have been happy even if they didn’t add any chicken, I would have thought that they might have missed it. But this is not acceptable. Honestly 0 start for this kind of pizza.

This place was rude first. The app and the sign on the screen said my order was ready. One guy was already taking care of me but this other guy behind the counter, that seemed stressed out, felt he had to take over and told me it’ll be 5-7. So I had one not so hot pizza and one less than warm. But the worse issue is that I have slices that are missing toppings! How can you send orders out when you know there’s something missing. There have been orders I’ve placed before this where I was missing the garlic parm crust and I assumed there was dipping sauce inside the box when there wasn’t. I used to let it go because I could see they were slammed and overwhelmed, but I’m not excusing having someone rolling their eyes and blowing out a sigh like I got on his nerves. Three times, I’ve ordered from this store. And three times, the delivery has just disappeared. Time and time again, I call the store, asking what happened to my order. And it’s always some random excuse. Finally, the most recent time, they didn’t respond. No phone pick up. Don’t order from this store, you’re flipping a coin as to whether or not you’ll actually get your pizza. Not worth the headache, the people here don’t care at all. Genuinely the worst pizza chain I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. I used to love domino’s, was nostalgic to me, but three times in a row, orders taking 2+ hours for a medium pizza, with the third one not even arriving and zero communication.

Quick and easy,inexpensive if you pick up. Beware if using delivery, they include a 4.99 delivery fee that’s paid to their drivers, then expect you to add an additional tip starting at 15%-25% i had a meal delivered for just myself at 20.00 and paid over 9.00 to deliver. So realistically it’s robbery. Be aware of n the 4.99 delivery fee

This is the worst pizza place I have ever ordered from. They consistently mess up my order. Their actual delivery status and app tracker do not match. They take a lot of time to answer phone calls . They not only delay orders but also mess up and redo them after you are in the store to pick up. Stay away from this place and look for other pizza places if you want to have a peaceful experience and enjoy your pizza.

They are a poorly managed operation. An order for delivery will sit for hours before they get around to delivering it. When you call to talk to a human they have an AI system and if you insist on a human it hangs up on you after being on hold for several minutes. I used to love Dominos but now they are the worst. I can’t cancel my order that I have been waiting 2 hours for and it still hasn’t left the store.

Ordered a pizza around 5:50pm. Called at 7:57pm, was told it was out for delivery. Called again at 8:28pm, was told the order was canceled. 2 stars because a manager talked to me. She said the delivery driver couldn’t find me, but this is a major apt complex, I gave delivery instructions, and even left a big sign on the porch for the delivery driver. NO ONE EVER CALLED and I’ve been hungry for hours. Do not depend on this location.

The pizza is fine bc it’s just dominos, but they suffer from poor and slow service. Delivery often takes way longer than the app says and when I try Cartier delivery I always end up having to go inside myself. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to me otherwise I don’t recommend.
