Neighborhood Thai restaurant with a chill vibe serving quality food. Prices are decent. The pad see ew is really good. Parking is in the Safeway parking lot but every time I’ve been to Kindee I’ve been able to pull up right in front. -VanPort Insider

This place is neck and neck with Pure Thai IMHO. They are a little bit more expensive, but the quality and portion of food seem about the same. I would say the service is a bit more attentive at Pure Thai, I like their location better, and it seemed a tad more clean overall. With that said, I wouldn’t pass up Kindee Thai if in that area. My dad loved it so that’s all that mattered to me today!

Best Crispy Duck Curry in town. This is my go to place. Its a little out of the was but totally worth it. Never been disappointed in the taste or quality of their dishes in the years I have been going to Kindee Thai. If its too far to drive, its worth the Uber eats cost. If you love Thai is place won’t let you down.

A friend of mine kept bragging about how great this place was and how I had to try it out; like asap. I was free a couple days ago and told him “lets go!” As we arrived that evening, parking wasn’t bad and was seated very quickly. Scrolling through their menu, I knew exactly what I wanted to order since I love Southeast Asian cuisine. I ordered their seafood tom yum soup and their angel wings in the appetizer section; while my friend ordered their crab fried rice and pad kee mao. We literally ate everything we both ordered, their seafood tasted fresh with large portions and every bite I took of their fried rice you can taste the dungeness crab. My favorite dish by far was the angel wings, it reminded me of my childhood playing at the buddhist temple during new years.

Overall experience: 5
Food Quality: 5
Service: 5
Cleanliness: 5
Price: Fair (quality over quantity).

Will definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves authentic Southeast Asian cuisine that’s prepared and cooked correctly.

Came here last night for dinner and ended up spending $137 between four of us, and I must say that it was worth every penny. Like I said in my earlier review on Kindee Thai; service and food was wonderful. 5 Stars always.

Food is decent and they are fast, but their average dish is $3-$4 more than any other Thai restaurant in the area. I used to come here on a regular but they recently raised their prices and it gets expensive when you are feeding for 4 (or more).

So this is the new tradition. Go to yard sales in the morning and when you can’t look at one more box of Depends or one more rack of generic glassware, I cut the treasure route and look for good food. Seriously though, I find great stuff at Yard sales and don’t want to insult the Yard Sale Gods… Seriously.

There is no better way to end a day of treasure hunting than finding culinary gold, preferably broth.
Kindee Thai has that homey welcoming look that so many places lack. nice colors, nice decor, plants. I don’t understand why more Asian places don’t do this. sometimes it seems like a choice to be as bland and unremarkable as possible. Kindee makes me want to come in, it makes me predisposed to like the meal, although I have been tricked in the past.

Today I choose the Kao Soi, I love a good light curry and I love noodles like a madman loves the moon. First, the crispy noodles seem to come rioting up out of the bowl like tangle of wisteria vines. They guide the eye down into the brothy depths. The next impression is the bowl is too big, the broth looks a little lost in the great bath of a bowl. It’s an illusion, there is plenty, but they should put it in a smaller bowl so it doesn’t look so lonely.

That being said, it’s a great bowl of curry broth. The noodles deep down in the murky depths are nicely mixed and have good lift. Long slightly tangled chewy noodles that simply cry out for a good slurp. The curry broth is spot on. Perfect depth and richness, savory and slightly sweet. I can eat here again. They ask if I would like a touch more heat and bring me a nice little selection of hot condiments. That earns them points in my book. I prefer a red chili oil and often, if a place has hot sauce, it’s just one kind.

Yes my nose runs like a dog escaping the animal control truck, Like an old tent in a rainy wood. But not so hot I can’t taste the curry, the crunch of red onion, the fresh lime. Jeez, I’m making. myself hungry again just thinking about it.

Right down to the last ever-loving drop. It reminds me of my adventuring youth when I kicked around Asia on a hope and a dream. For so many years after those carefree days, you could not find good Thai, or Vietnamese anywhere this side of the globe… The same can be said for tea. In those days if you wanted a good cup of tea you had to leave the country.

Thank you Kindee for a great lunch.

So glad I got the chance to eat here while visiting a family member who just moved to the area. Literally the best yellow curry I’ve ever had in my life! I spilled a water as well and they were very kind about it and hilariously brought us all plastic cups after lol. They also were able to make me a Thai iced tea that was fully vegan with coconut milk instead of dairy. Good service and great food. Can’t wait to come back!

The service here is excellent and the food is wonderful too.

I love the Pad Thai, spring rolls and curry. The green curry with shrimp is probably my favorite dish. I’d like to explore the menu further but I can’t help but stick with those staples.

The young waitstaff play hip-hop, which I personally like, but it kills the vibe of a Thai restaurant experience. That, and it’s the unedited versions of songs, so it’s not appropriate for kids.

You definitely want to eat here if you love Thai cuisine! Although, you may want to order it to go…

This was a decent Thai restaurant. Our coconut prawns were over cooked but still good. It was a bit expensive but everything is these days.
I had the yellow curry and it was very good.
The fried banana with coconut ice cream was amazing! I would go back just for that dish alone. We also had the mango sticky rice. Very good
