Overall not bad, and the service is good though. But one time I ordered delivery, and it tasted a little bit…muttony? As you can see from the second picture, Just a little bit weird but generally it’s not bad.

Rancid Shrimp, Missing Chicken.
I ordered the new butterfly shrimp box and a 3pc spicy tender. The shrimp was awful. Both me and my partner thought it tasted weird, we both had a bad aftertaste in our mouths, and BOTH out stomachs hurt after. As well as, they only gave 2 Classic tenders. Not 3 spicy..
The chicken was normal, and for the record, I love shrimp, so I definitely could tell something was up. Maybe it was because I ordered at 10:30 PM and they just let it sit out all night?
Anyways, for popeyes whoever sees this, I ordered it through GrubHub on 3/3/2026, ~10:30PM. Maybe your late night quality standards needs a thorough review.

Just was there yesterday night and I wasn’t there no more than 20 minutes a the rudest Crew Manager felt the need to ask my girlfriend and I to leave. He 1st said seats are only available for paying customers and then also said we were there too long. Now I understand some restaurant policies say only let paying customers use the restroom and stuff like that but this Rude guy by the name of Yaasin and whoever made the Spicy Chicken Sandwich that was so rubbery was the worst ever representatives for Popeye’s and for that they’be given me no choice but to give them not just a bad review but a very bad review and I hope that the higher up chain of command reads this post and definitely remandation is necessary for the said employee going forward…. End of Rant but let’s please make this right so that this doesn’t happen again

ordered here just now for pickup (6/21) and ants have been crawling out of my food boxes! i’ve counted 4 so far 🙁 and the mac and cheese looks stale, gray, and oily/watery i haven’t eaten it. don’t think i can eat here again i lost my appetite.
