As a Brooklyn girl I was really looking forward to eating some good pizza and pasta. I was very disappointed.
Our party of 4 ordered pizza, eggplant parmesan and a Philly sub. All of our orders were bland and flavorless.
The eggplant was cooked well but my meal was not hot and the sauce had no seasoning at all. It tasted like a can of whole tomatoes heated up and served with the pasta. Not like the NYC pizzerias I frequented.

Not being from the area, we did a Google search for pizza close to us with good reviews, well, this place did not disappoint! We ordered the Rocky NY special pizza and it was amazing! Full of toppings and oozing with cheese! It was very filling and the crust was soft and perfect!

We ordered take out. There was plenty of seating available. The place was clean and smelled good. Music was playing welcoming atmosphere. Staff were nice and friendly. We had the Rocky special pizza and a Philly cheese steak sandwich. Delicious, I recommend this place and will be going again soon.

Love the pizzas. Very old school pizza diner style. Quiet later at night. Staff is friendly. Place is fairly clean. The house salad has pickles on it, through me off first time ordering it but it was actually good. Nice pizza joint in the heart of DHS

Nice place,smells were awesome. We took our food to go. 1 lg 4 topping, and 1 med 2 topping and cheesy bread $70. Small arcade, lasagna, spaghetti, pitchers and individual drinks. Candles on the tables, paper plates upon request. Nice little place. Pictures online brought us in. Sorry no photo for the cheesy bread we ate it all before I could ☺️

We visited Rockies once before their summer closure and were very impressed with the pizza—it was excellent at that time. Unfortunately, when we returned after they reopened, the quality was very disappointing.
The pizza we received this time had a noticeable puddle of grease on top, and the crust did not rise properly. The center was still doughy, which made it undercooked and unpleasant to eat. When we called to share our concern, the person who answered only asked if we wanted to order another pizza. There was no offer to replace the order or provide a solution, which left us feeling that our concerns weren’t taken seriously.
For the price point, we expected much higher quality and better customer service. If consistency and value are important, you may find more reliable quality at larger chains. Rockies has potential, but the lack of consistency and customer care during our last visit was disappointing.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent order that I never received from the restaurant, you guys never care about the order the refound we had to make it thru the app because you guys didn’t want to help doing that either. I understand that delays or mistakes can sometimes happen, but this situation caused quite a bit of inconvenience. The wait for this order was almonst one hour and a half which for a delivery order is way too much time. Sadly but this is the why you guys don’t have a good rating because your service suck.

Pizza was super greasy. Eggplant was squishy and gross. We didn’t even eat the eggplant at all. Cheesy garlic bread was average. Unlikely to ever order from there again. Tried to go with a family owned business verses corporate. Didn’t work out to our advantage.
