Just ordered 2 large pies. After I tipped the delivery guy $12 he says I hope it’s hot which was strange. We open the box , and the pizza looked like it was from yesterday. It was cold and the mozzarella was hard like Elmer’s glue. It was like cardboard with a little sauce and cheese. How they have the nerve to send this garbage is beyond me. I’ll never order from them again!

Updated: finally had the chance to try the food here. We have only had pizza, a pizza roll and some garlic knots so far. Today we had a Margherita pizza slice and it was very good. Would definitely order that again. Employees are always super friendly and they have a pizza special with two cheese slices and a soda for $7.50. If you want a topping or a specialty slice it’s slightly more but still a great deal!! Highly recommend
We were frequent customers of the original Big Apple that was in this location. . When the owner sold and the new big apple owners came in the pizza was terrible and we stopped coming.
I was excited to see a new pizza place show up at this location.
Walked in today and was greeted by a young man. He was super friendly. The food in the case all looked amazing. Lots of options!!

We were so disappointed we called in a order last night for our daughter’s birthday thinking veggie pizza with Italian sausage would be like every other place mushrooms onions peppers black olives we were so wrong it was with broccoli spinach artichoke plus the normal pizza veggies I was only one brave enough to try yuck! 70 dollars to the garbage can

Absolutely the best!! We’re vacationing here on Nettles Island and stopped in to have a slice and not only do they have a great deal, it’s really good!! We had it a couple of times for lunch and then had the pizza and wings delivered. Definitely recommend!! Thank you Alaina you were great!!!

Tonight we placed our order w/JT who answered the phone, he was very professional, patient, kind n caring as he took his time to suggest menu options since we didn’t have one n were ordering delivery. He didn’t rush us n allowed us to ask questions n request different dishes n even offered to try n make us something not even on their menu when he found out it was a favorite dish of mine.
The food arrived on time n was nice n hot not to mention delicious …and Brianna was our deliver driver…She was smiling holding our food when we opened the door n so polite.
We enjoyed trying the shrimp scampi lasagna garlic rolls salad meatballs n the mushrooms.
Both my teenager and toddler who can be very picky eaters really enjoyed the dinner as did I!!!
I called back n personally thanking the team for their service and hospitality. Thanking them for the delicious food!!!
Customer service is rare today n this team went above n beyond to make us want to make this our first choice when we order neighborhood delivery.
Highly recommend this place!!! The owner must take great care of his staff for them to treat his customers so well. Great job!!!
