I’ve had more problems at this Sonic than at all other locations put together. Most recently, I ordered, and 20+ minutes later had still not received my order. I used the call button to check on it and was told that my order had been dropped in the kitchen (whatever that means) and they’d get it out to me asap. I assumed that means I would at least get fresh and hot food that they remade, but no. It was barely warm and had obviously been sitting on a shelf for 20+ minutes and they didn’t bother to remake it. I didn’t eat there because I was late due to waiting so long, and didn’t find out the food was cold until too late. I’m just going to stop using this location. Unfortunate because it is a really convenient location for me but I’m done with them. This was only one of many incidents. They need to be under new management, badly.

Sonic, as I look through the comments for this location they have lots of 1 and 2 star reviews for various issues. Whatever you’re doing to correct it obviously isn’t working.

I placed an order around 4:20, it was estimated to be delivered around 4:26. It was not. I gave time and patience just incase it was full. I couldn’t see from where I was if it was or wasn’t, (it wasn’t) I finally got my food at 4:53. I really just wanted a treat and some food after my work shift but this was just ridiculous. You guys are usually so fast, what’s going on?

I was shocked to see one and two star reviews ??
This Sonic is further from my house then the other two sonics in town and I prefer this Sonic. They make the best master shakes. The only complaint I have is they always forget the cherries on top. But maybe mine isn’t supposed to come with one. ? Very nice and polite young men.

It looks like the cook threw my burger together from 2 feet away and the tater tots are way over done. The only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because of the pleasant redhead at the drive thru. Would not recommend coming here at night and possibly ever.

I really hate giving less than great stars, espically to Sonic. I have been seeing a trend with Sonic drive-in. Yesterday, I ordered a Sonic blast. What I got was vanilla ice cream in a cup topped with whip cream and broken Oreo cookies. I am very disappointed with the lack of attempting to do their job and mix the product together and turn it into a “blast”. I know you can do better but in this instance, an attempt was not even made.

Please train your employees to be able to work faster I have lived by this Sonic. Have ordered 1 milkshake only many many times being only person in line and have to wait around 20 minutes or more on avg. Didn’t even order food! Many times I wait at the speaker in the Drive-Thru for them even to take my order and I can hear them horsing around in the background. I don’t think managers here care at all

I recently ordered from Sonic via UberEats, spending over $70, not including a $30 tip for the driver. When my order arrived, I was missing $30 worth of food. The driver confirmed that this was all Sonic had given him, so I called Sonic’s customer service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, instead of receiving help, I was met with harsh and unhelpful treatment.

I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service left me feeling incredibly frustrated. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience has seriously shaken my trust. I hope Sonic takes customer complaints more seriously in the future.

You need to reevalute your staff. Especially your management.

The first time the burger was smashed like King Kong was the fry cook. Today the breakfast croissant was volcano toasted. Not sure what’s happening here but crossing this Sonic location OFF the list!
