Double, single, and a kids tender basket
$49.77.
Burgers were kinda small. Thought it was half pound but not really.
Very bland also.
Disappointed due to the price
Strange cause the reviews were good and folks say it’s good but just like a lot of places in denham springs, it was just okay.
Table was sticky, chairs were sticky, but overall nice inside.
People were nice but think a little seasoning would have went a long way and maybe wipe the chairs and tables.
Won’t be back, didn’t hate it but not worth it.

I most definitely would not order delivery.
As we have done a few times made an order for delivery. The delivery person arrived. I said there were supposed to be drinks. We ordered and paid for a combo. He shrugged his shoulders and said “she didn’t give me any”. Okay mistakes happen, but previously on a couple of occasions (around 4) they sent the wrong drinks. Full vs Diet, wrong flavor, or crammed full of ice and not completely filled.
But that was not the only issue. We ordered the House Salad $ 4.49 in addition to 2 full burger combos. The salad arrived and was a joke. My burger had more vegetables on it. There is no excuse for this.
I honestly cannot believe it was packaged and sent out. There is no acceptable excuse. If they offer delivery they should double check.
Previously had an issue with a shrimp salad that was a bit sparse, but the shrimp were good. Chalked it up to an aberration and was nothing shorted like this evening. Wish I had taken pics then.
So the good: The burgers are always cooked well. The flavor is great. We have ordered from them quite a few times. The fried mushrooms are good if you like them. Bread is fresh. The Italian dressing has a nice flavor.ok
The neutral: fries are pretty good. It is hit or miss how many are small and crunchy pieces there are. When half of them are that way very disappointing. Fish po-boy is pretty middle of the road not great nor bad.
I seldom write a negative review haphazardly based on a small mistake or oversight. I prefer writing a positive review.
In this case there have been a few mistakes over a relatively short period of a couple months. We all make mistakes, but when it becomes the norm that becomes a problem. Speaks to bad quality control.
We are all about supporting local businesses, but not at the cost of quality, consistency, or order completeness.
Likely will order from Burger Smith at Juban next time. It’s a longer distance but might be worth a bit longer wait. The burgers are about the same.
So why didn’t I call immediately? Simple because dealing with no drinks and sorry excuse of a salad would have ruined the enjoyment of what did arrive correctly. We certainly were not going to let everything get cold while on the phone leading to further aggravation.
I waited an hour to write this review to not be hasty.
Based upon our personal experience after multiple delivery orders. I would avoid them.

Great hometown burgers! Reminds me of my mom and grandma making them at home when I was a kid. Patties are thick! And the buns and sauces don’t taste like fast food garbage, they taste like real food! Will definitely come back instead of going to a drive thru.

Food is great but atmosphere is below average. Everything I touched was sticky (tables, chairs, counter tops, etc.) and that’s just gross. The floors were greasy too.
Also, and it’s not a big deal but was slightly annoying, they didn’t have wifi. There’s a sign on the door that says wifi and I can see private networks available but when I asked for the wifi password I was told it’s not available for customers. So why have a wifi sign? Again, not a big deal and usually not even on my radar but I needed something online and there was no cellular signal at the time.
But, my burger and fries were excellent!

Tucked away on Florida Avenue in Denham Springs is this small but mighty burger joint! I’ve seen the reviews and just had to come see for myself. The good… food was fast and a healthy portion, the bad. The burger was slightly overcooked for my taste. However, it still had a great taste. The star of the show was the onion rings, big and crunchy…. if you want your burger fix, this place will not disappoint!

I remember going to Denham Patty as a kid and some of my adult life. Some of the BIGGEST patties in the surrounding area!! Then times and ownership changed , and so did the prices and sizes. But that didn’t stop ME from frequenting it still!! Could get the patties a LITTLE bigger though
