I have been a longtime Pizza Hut lover since my childhood days of participating in their Book It! program (reading a set goal of books to earn personal pan pizzas)
My Pizza Hut experiences have always been great (can’t ever recall a bad experience), as they fully load their mouth-watering pizzas to the edges with very generous amounts of cheese & toppings along with having the best crusts of any pizza joint—my favs are the thick pan & the renowned beloved stuffed crust (as their old slogan goes, “Gather ‘round the good stuff!”)
Topnotch pizzas & high-quality menu items (melts, wings, pastas, breadsticks, desserts, etc.) always offered at friendly economical prices…so no one does ever indeed outpizza the Hut

When I arrived there there was nobody on the counter. I waited and another lady came in behind me and then two more people behind them. Finally we rang the bell for assistance. I looked at the oven and I saw two pizzas that had come out in the oven and was hoping they weren’t mine as they were getting cold. Finally what looked like the manager came out and asked for my name printed out a receipt and she said your pizza is still in the oven. After that, she got the gentleman behind me name and then she went to the oven and pulled the two pizzas off the oven and put it on a green rack and grabbed the man’s pizza off the oven and gave it to him. Next, she started taking people’s orders meanwhile, there’s two pizza’s are still on the green rack. Another person comes to pick up their order and she grabs that off the oven and gives it to them. Finally, she goes back to the green rack boxes up those two pizzas and gives it to me. So this whole time I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes after my order promised done and the pizzas were already done and she skipped me by getting people pizza right off the oven. My pizza was cold and to top it off, I paid extra for extra toppings, specifically mushrooms, and as you can see, I got a whole two mushrooms per slice of pizza. The place is very understaffed. Seems like the manager was running everything. There was another employee, but she seemed pretty clueless. I’m gonna send corporate a copy of this experience as per once I feel like I’ll never come here ever again..

Order a large stuffed crust half pepperoni and half cheese. It was not edible because how burnt the cheese was. I have called 5 times now trying to get a hold of the store and nobody answers. Unacceptable

Got a large stuffed crust pizza today picked it up got it home. It was very dry and very hard and room temperature. I called to complain to the manager and he asked me did I get extra sauce? I told him no he said that’s why my pizza was drying hard that is a ridiculous excuse. I’ve never ordered extra sauce anywhere else and the pizza is always been Perfectly fine.

Wouldn’t even give this place half a star. The bread sticks were cold & not even cut. The “garlic parm wings” had no sauce on them at all..the pizza was ok at best. Whoever preps the food needs to be fired. If you’re too damn lazy to put sauce on wings you shouldn’t be working in this field. Payed hard earned money for this? Trash. Straight up trash.

The worst service. At 8:15 I ordered a large spicy PEPPERONI pizza and added Italian sausage. The pizza arrived at 9:15 with NO PEPPERONI, only sausage (The time it took wasn’t a problem). I called the store, they said they would correct the order and I would have to wait another hour (the time was still not an issue even though I was annoyed). At 10:15 a new pizza arrived and once again, NO PEPPERONI, only sausage…I waited an extra hour to get the same wrong order -__-
I knew they closed at 11pm. And at this point I didn’t even want the pizza anymore but based on principle I called back around 10:20…they never answered

I will never order from Pizza Hut again The quality of the food is not all that great and for toppings You might as well just Have ordered cheese because there was barely any toppings on my barbecue pizza or my pepperoni pizza I am so disappointed in peace. The hat when I was younger these have the best pizza in the world now it’s not that great. And I shouldn’t have to pay extra for toppings just so that the pizza can actually look like it has toppings on it

Picked up my 2 medium pizzas, one cheese, one pepperoni. There was barely cheese. If I wanted SAUCE PIZZA I would’ve ordered that. Just nasty and I won’t be returning to this location.

The manager is ride as hell! Excuse my language. But dude not willing to be off service and help no one and curse me out because I ask was asking questions . I would never allow someone to serve me with an attitude like that. EVER

Pretty horrible. Northlake store by the publix. The driver was all types of messd up on somthing. Everything camed crushed. No covid seals. When i called the store to talk about it was met with an attitude.
The driver pulled up so intoxicated He was actually drooling on himself my pizza came sideways crushed in the box. I told him 4 different times he brought the wrong order. The man just kept walkin away from me. Orderd my replacement was ignored 4 diffrent times FINALLY they said they would send a replacement that never came. Waited 4 hours nothin.
